How to Remove Mold Stains from Canvas Tents:
1.) Spray on Star brite Mold Stain Remover amzn.to/3z5F9DR
2.) Scrub to work the solution into the fabric.
3) Wait for the stains to fade. This tent only took 5 minutes. More significant stains may take longer - up to 30 minutes. Note - DO NOT leave the solution on a moment longer than necessary!
4.) Rinse THOROUGHLY.
5.) Air Dry
THE MOST IMPORTANT PART: You have removed the mold stains - and also exposed the canvas fiber to the elements. You MUST 'reproof' the tent as soon as it's completely dry. A good canvas waterproofing solution or wax of your choice will work well. Note - although quality canvas is naturally waterproof, a waterproofing solution will help protect that canvas from UV damage and inhibit future mold growth. The main active ingredient according to the label is sodium hypochlorite - commonly known as bleach.
What about purple bird droppings?
In my personal experience,with cleaning products of all kinds,MAIN ACTIVE INGREDIENT =ELBOW GREASE,BRUSHING,POWER-WASHER ECT.
I live at in Ireland which is in the EU and we have many products on the market here that say "Mould Removal" ..I note you spell it "Mold" ..is this the same fungus ?

@@zx6angel978 they have probably changed the registration' since this video was made..they move the goalposts all the time !;)..we have a product called Jif lemon a household bleach...that is now renamed CIF as Jif means entirely something else in German .. Lol.
