I've been enlightened by their expertise in TMJ dysfunction as a root cause for ringing in the ears. Your best video yet😍

How many prolotherapy sessions would you need for completely dislocated tmj discs with hypomobility?

Hi Katarina - great question! It ultimately depends on the situation and severity of the instability. We often see that neck/jaw patients need about 6-8 treatments.

Thanks for the feedback - we will definitely keep that in mind but in the meantime, we have an abundance of resources on our website - here is a link for everything on TMJ if you'd like to take a look! caringmedical.com/?s=TMJ

I know I need something done to fix my tmj but I'm kinda in a predicament bc ofc as was the case with my neck, I'm one of those weird ones who do not have pain however I get very scary neurological symptoms that I think is coming from my tmj dysfunction and the trigeminal cardiac reflex that you touched on in another video. So I'm kinda terrified to get needles stuck into my tmj if just barely touching a pimple on my face or scratching the side of my face brings on these terrible symptoms/attacks 😭 so I'm wondering should I try a mouthpiece or something more conservative first or maybe would the medication I take during the prolo be enough to stop the storm or seizure or whatever it is? But it's gonna happen as soon as the meds wear off so I'm kinda screwed idk what to do 😭

We have had patients in the past who experience symptoms but have no neck pain, Dr. Hauser had an article on this - you are not alone! caringmedical.com/prolotherapy-news/chronic-neck-related-symptoms-without-neck-pain-part-2-vagus-nerve-cervicovagopathy/
