I still admire you a lot, but, as an artist, I really need to ask you to think twice before promoting AI (for people saying it’s a satire, she’s still promoting the instagram account) The problem was not making the cake an AI generated (it’s ok to use it as inspiration or to challenge yourself since some cakes are “impossible”), it actually turned out really good, I would like even more if it was a human vs AI themed video to show the value of human work

As someone who is studying paleontology. I can confirm that the dinosaur in the thumbnail is Acrochantosaurus . (Which is in the same family as Giganotosaurus). Fun fact: even tho jurassic world says the giga is the largest it’s not because size is determined by weight.
I loved it! This is the first time I feel bad when you cut the cake. 😂 I thought you were going to sculpt molding chocolate to look like a croissant. It was better the way you made it.
I love that you made a real version of that viral "Croissantosaurus," and it looks great, but promoting an Instagram account filled with AI images designed to trick people is just... not what I expect or want to see from any real artist. I would have vastly preferred a video about how all of these impossible AI foods can't be made solely from the materials they claim to be and need to be sculpted. I also really miss seeing the entirety of the cake-making process. Lately it's seemed like you skip over a lot of the details, and I miss the charm of the older videos with fewer cuts and sound effects.
What’s stopping you from making this video that you want to see? (Perhaps you’re too busy getting fired up over nothing to have time to actually create something?). And she just had a baby. I’m sure she’s terribly sorry that you miss her older videos with fewer cuts, but she’s raising a human being. I’m sure she will be more than happy to refund all the money you spent to watch this video.

Satire aside, I think my other favorite parts of this are Clanky Hanna Barbera Robot Zuckerberg, Giuseppe and his horror hand, the Croissantosaur's cute little head laying there like 'nuuuu..' and those exterior establishing shots with the sitcom music. Very entertaining use of what is originally purpose-free imagery!
Great job, Natalie! This is a weird cake suggestion but I think you should make a "cake" that looks like a cake. However, you should use the material that you have already made into a cake, such as a birthday cake made out of onions or croissants!

I’d just like to give my opinion on the video since I’m seeing a lot of comments saying that they don’t like that she used AI or mentioned the instagram account using it. So for one I loved the video, it’s silly and obviously satire of her using the AI but also making a great cake. The problem I’m seeing with most of these comments is that they say that she is promoting AI now what I’m going to say is that while she did mention the instagram account that uses AI that's just kinda what you’re supposed to do? I’m guessing the account she talks about is supposed to just be a silly made up AI restaurant for the whole purpose of just being that, a silly AI restaurant thing (I’m saying I’m guessing because I don’t know I’m just assuming) It makes sense she’d tell you to check out that person if that person’s idea was to make a fun AI restaurant for sake of LOLs. No where in her video has she ever said you should use AI in any of the bad ways that the comments are saying she is. She’s making a video about her AI restaurant experience but these comments are trying it as if the AI was a human being actively trying to take over the world or something. I don’t support people using AI and claiming it to be art because I myself am an artist, but we also kinda have to remember that’s how AI works. It reuses things it finds that people call art and tries to make its own. It’s not a real person, it’s a program that learns what it’s given to generate it. This is no different than those video games that use AI generated imagery or sentences to create a fun experience for players (an example would be Suck Up or chat ai) those use AI but no one seems to bat an eye? She simply used this AI to inspire her own cake which she did and did wonderfully! But in some comments I see people threatening to unsubscribe because she used AI this one time, which you’re free to do, no one is stopping you and that’s how you feel, but I personally find that pretty extreme for one video about a goofy story with an even goofier cake. These days anything related to AI tends to be a media trigger word, Ai has existed way before now but it’s become very big lately, sometimes AI CAN be bad like people using it to make their own art and claim it’s theirs but sometimes it’s good for just having fun or getting inspired like this video. We have to look at the bigger picture and not keep staring down the path of “Ai is bad! It needs to be destroyed!” Because it was already around before this point, it’s not really AI that’s the problem but the people USING it to make it problem, yeah? Anyway that’s just what I think, I don’t see why she should have any bad comments for this video when it’s clearly not actually going to bring harm to anyone, but to those who decided they wanted to read this long rant thank you and have a nice day or night!

I don’t support people using AI and claiming it to be art because I myself am an artist, but we also kinda have to remember that’s how AI works. It reuses things it finds that people call art and tries to make its own. It’s not a real person, it’s a program that learns what it’s given to generate it. This is no different than those video games that use AI generated imagery or sentences to create a fun experience for players (an example would be Suck Up or chat ai) those use AI but no one seems to bat an eye? She simply used this AI to inspire her own cake which she did and did wonderfully! But in some comments I see people threatening to unsubscribe because she used AI this one time, which you’re free to do, no one is stopping you and that’s how you feel, but I personally find that pretty extreme for one video about a goofy story with an even goofier cake. These days anything related to AI tends to be a media trigger word, Ai has existed way before now but it’s become very big lately, sometimes AI CAN be bad like people using it to make their own art and claim it’s theirs but sometimes it’s good for just having fun or getting inspired like this video. We have to look at the bigger picture and not keep staring down the path of “Ai is bad! It needs to be destroyed!” Because it was already around before this point, it’s not really AI that’s the problem but the people USING it to make it problem, yeah? Anyway that’s just what I think, I don’t see why she should have any bad comments for this video when it’s clearly not actually going to bring harm to anyone, but to those who decided they wanted to read this long rant thank you and have a nice day or night!
