Не знаю подойдёт ли это как аргумент, но я работал похожим образом, 10 часов днем я обрабатывал древесину в одиночестве пару раз в день встречался с начальником, и уходил в дом который мне дало руководство, там я тоже был один
И за это я получал около чуть больше 1000 долларов в месяц, и я был этим замотивирован настолько, что мог держаться там очень долго, больше 2 месяцев точно, а за 10 000 в день, я готов выйти оттуда на носилках скорой просидев до полного истощения
