I fry cauli rice up with different oils depending on the meal type. Butter/Ghee for savoury type meals, coconut oil for indian, olive oil for other stuff, even stir fry oil for Chinese if you approve (with some ready fried up egg mix for egg fried rice). As for seasoning, lots of salt, cumin, curry powder, Chinese five spice, endless possibilities. Throw some kale in, put some good soy on, again if you approve!

Since most of the fruits and vegetables have to get washed to eliminate the pesticides, put them in hot water soaks out the chemicals and at the same time they are cooked!!!! 😊And I dry them with a kitchen cloths to wipe out the chemicals.

As a former farmer who grew aquaponics and hydroponics and soil best vegetation it pains me to say this, but after being ketogenic for many years I went full carnivore and have never felt better. Both my girlfriend and I are on Carnivore and have been for many months now and a week ago we cook a head of cauliflower and mashed it.
The next morning both of us woke up with joint pain throughout our bodies. Once you get off vegetation you realize how much harm it causes you. I'm looking forward to doctor bird coming around to the carnivore way. He loves pushing veggies like I used to to my clients. Not anymore. Keto is definitely a step up from the standard American diet but the ultimate step is carnivore.

I recently experience something similar. Ive been eating a 80-90% carnivore diet for about 4 months. I've been only eating the vegetables I can tolerate (carrots and cucumbers...I occasionally have organic apple or berries).
I recently decided to make some riced cauliflower I had in my freeze and I had a reaction within several hours, severe stomach pains for 24 hours and I could barely sleep and felt like garbage the next day. I'm going to continue my carnivore transition it's not worth all the misery.

Cauliflower mash is also the best! Excluding the keto hype, something creamy and refreshing contrasts so well with something like roasts!

I never did like the taste of cauliflower until I discovered cauliflower popcorn and Mexican chocolate cauliflower pudding and of course the cauliflower pizza.

I made the pizza crust the other day but instead of adding sauce, etc, I sprinkled lots of garlic powder, added some melted garlic butter, parmesan and then baked it- tasted just like garlic bread!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I used to be grossed out by it; after 30 years I finally tried it out - it almost tastes like broccoli.
I prefer it raw, it surely has all its nutrients, it's crunchy and it spares one any cooking hassle.
Good this is, - like broccoli - buying it organic is pointless, given the absence of pesticide residue

Yes! Fermenting also slightly reduces the carbohydrates and makes the nutrients more biologically available. I like adding peppercorns, hot pepper, dill, bayleaf etc. tasty.

Dear Dr. you have used "steamed instead of boiling". Three minutes of ""steaming ~should be boiling"" cauliflower is equal to 10 minutes of steaming it. Steaming is a better option than boiling, but the best way to preserve the nutrients is to sauté the cauliflower.

I make french fries out of the stem; cut into a matchstick size. Sauté in a bit of butter or coconut oil. Season as you like. People who have Type 1 Diabetes or LADA should count total carbohydrates and not net carbs.
