I think Donatello is the best. I always do the best with him. His range is so good and the range in his special attack really gets you out of tough situations better then anyone else.
Raphs super is the best because you can control which way it goes and it hits harder than Donnies, Donnie has the slowest attack speed and you can't combo into his running slide like you can with Michaelangelo and Raph, Raph also has the best dash attack, you can juggle enemies infinitely against the wall and he has the shortest taunt, which means you get Super meter quicker, very much needed on Gnarly difficulty.
Someone probably already said this but both Raph and Aprils super attack can move slowly and if you get a running start it will carry the momentum allowing you to go a lot further

Con Groundchuck y Dirtbag es mejor matar primero al topo, porque éste al deslumbrarte no te deja moverte, dejándote a merced de él y su compañero y cuando cava hace que puedas caer en los agujeros. 2. Caso parecido con Tokka y Rhazar: hay que vencer primero o lo más pronto posible a Rhazar porque su nube de mal aliento también te deja expuesto a los golpes de él o de Tokka, aunque no sea el más fuerte de los dos. 3. Cuando salen Bebop y Rocoso, es mejor matar primero a Rocoso, aunque Bebop sea el más agresivo, sólo porque Rocoso estorba más por sus granadas que no dejan acercarte mucho a él o a su compañero. You didn't show that Raph and Mikey can slide into combos, use a slide attack and then use the four hit combo, you can also combo slide into rising attack, which is great for mikey, since his rising attack hits multiple times.

Gameplay wise, Raph is considered to be the best, after that i've seen different opinions and tier lists. Personally i'm biased toward faster characters over slower ones.

They all have strengths and weaknesses and one's personal playstyle will lean into or away from those. A handful of TH-camrs have even done breakdowns of the various gameplay mechanics.

I'm not even 1 minute into the video and there are already many false informations. Leo's finisher does not have double damage, the damage is spread between the strikes. Everyone has a multi hit somersault slice, Leo's is just much faster and automatic while you need to press attack button for each strike with the others. You cannot charge the heavy swing during his somersault either, you can only chain it (the one you show on the video isn't charged). I don't think I'll bother watching the rest.
Hey man, I'm not offended if you don't like this video but maybe you're misunderstanding the explanations. - Leo's finisher hits twice for a total of five strikes rather than the traditional four, effectively that's double damage for the finishing hit because you're not inputting another attack and you're getting twice the damage. A stone warrior takes 10 light hits before dying (or two of Leo's combos). - Your point about the somersault slice is a fair one. All characters can hit multiple times while airborne. I was mostly drawing attention to the fact that with Leo you only need to press the attack button once and his attack is unique vs other heroes who will only do a single strike with the same command input. My bad on that one. - The heavy swing demonstration does require a one second button hold for it to trigger while you're descending from the somersault slice. It isn't the stronger "charged" version but it does require you to charge it up for it to activate. This is a semantic argument but if you want to get nitpicky, you have a point. I highlight each move in yellow in the captions and as you can see, I listed this as a heavy swing and not a charged heavy swing. I'm happy for any criticism but when it comes to captioned videos you have to understand there's an economy of words involved which means I cannot, in detail, explain every example in perfectly precise detail without becoming too verbose for the viewer. This comes at a cost of some nuance and this is a beginner's guide, after all. Nevertheless, I appreciate your input and thanks for stopping by.

Hes IS the BEST because he IS the most balanced & his súper attack has more hits (equal with Raphael and Casey Jones) but with a longer range.
