Want a perfect idea of Donnie's range? On liberty krang, stand in front of the statue after it's fired its 1 hit beam, press and hold the attack button, when you're charged up, swing, you will hit the statue. He is the only character who can do that without using a jump super right in front of the statue towards the middle at the end of the bridge. His range is even better than casey's actually.
IMO the only way to verify and compare range is boss on level 3. With Dony it is easy to hit Turtle Tenderizer, he does not need to be close to hit it. Other characters need to be very close to hit.
I like how Donny can hit more enemies at the same time with his range. When there are multiple enemies, position yourself to form a single group of them on one side rather than letting yourself be surrounded, and also so that new enemies entering the area are coming from that side. Donny will hit more people because of his range.
Keep in mind kid. I'm a long time Arcader Guy who's played more video games in my Heyday from nes to switch and many more Just bought me Double Dragon Gaiden and Tmnt shredder's revenge and many other series and still seeing the comparison to the of tmnt is fascinating! However, I wish Someone would make a video on how tough the stages really are on mode "Gnarly" !!! The stage episode 13 is a nightmare if your not using enough dodges from any of the strongest based character's...
Splinter's Power is the same as Raph and his Speed is the same as Don. April's Speed is the same as Mikey but her Power is the lowest of all characters (this is apparentely a lie). Her Super Attack would takes 40 hits (approx) to defeat the Statue of Tyranny (at Okay difficulty) Casey has the Same Power and Speed and Leo but he has the same range as Don.
Casey's range varies depending on his attacks. His normal punch jab is less range than Donnies normal staff jab but once they get going in a combo, their swings with their weapons are the same range and both of their hold charge attacks have the same range. In essence, Casey is less consistent with his range than Donnie.

In the ps4 version at least when you finish the arcade mode by filtering the global with the triangle,they show as number one place a ridiculous high score of 24.414 kills in the game,with a profile user named NGamer64 or i think NGarnrau64! How it is possible to achieve such high rare of kills since in an entire playthrough you can barely kill close to 1800+ mostly foot souldiers?! 🤔 Can someone shed light to this question of mine pls ppl?
Sorry to say, but your wrong in your analysis... You see, Michaelangelo's speed is the fastest out of all the Turtles, where is April O'Neal 2nd fastest, and splinter is op because he mediates and easily gains 3 u.gauges ans as for the rest of Usagi and Karai? I have not been able to play as them until I get the dlc update for my tmnt Sr game. But the strongest out of all the Turtles is Raphael and Leonardo. So far.
I should mention, the gameplay here is from version 1.02 and it is set to Normal difficulty.

Michelangelo's power stat is 2, not 1.

Do different power stats defeat normal enemies in more/fewer hits? It seems like they all defeat a purple footsoldier in 4 hits regardless of stats.
The running speed is still different.
Mikey is the fastest and Donnie is slower.

that power stat with april wasn't a lie. she's the only character in the game who has a 1 star in power. everyone else has either 2 or 3
