Select Dealers have recently been to Milwaukee to be introduced to the 2025 Harley Model line up. In this video, I share what I know about the 2025 Models, what I am fairly certain will happen in the 2025 model year and I have ONE WILD PREDICTION that could come to fruition given Harley's target consumer demographic. So watch the entire video and share your thoughts on the 2025 Harley Davidson model year line up. Like, share, comment and subscribe! Thanks for your support and ride safe Rick

Whatever The Motor Company decides to raise the prices to due to inflation or labor costs isn’t anything compared to what the dealerships will charge over MSRP.
Thanks for watching and commenting with your input on the topic. I think you may see less mark up or dealer fees as sales continue to slow and interest rates are relatively high. If you are already a subscriber to the channel...thank you. If you haven't yet subscribed to the channel I'd be honored if you'd consider doing so. Thanks for your support and ride safe. ✌️👊👍
I completely disagree about the limiteds. If they cut them there is ZERO reason to spend a dime on the limited package at Harley when companies like Advanblack will make a package just as good for 60% of the price. Harley will lose many millions doing that.
Thanks for watching and commenting. Yes the aftermarket would be a great way to save money. I personally use Hogworkz tour packs on all three of my touring bikes. Thanks for your support and ride safe. ✌️👊👍
Thanks for watching and commenting with your perspective. Unfortunately I don't think you will see a come back of those engines anytime in the future. Those where definitely incredible motors. Agreed. The Ultra and Road Glide Limited are suddenly dinosaurs now. A 114 with Rushmore radiators vs the cleaner, cooler and cheaper stock 117 is a losing comparison. If you think resale on an Ultra is bad now, wait 3 years. Sadly, the glory days of Deuces, Night Trains, Deluxe, Wide Glides, Super Glides, etc., are gone. We get less and less choices every year.
The problem with the Road King Special is it’s only $1,000 less than the SG & RG. For $1,000 more you get a faring, gages and a sound system. The RKS is simply overpriced. Drop the price $2,000 and they will sell.
@JA-zh5xi Thanks for watching and commenting with your input on the topic. If you are already a subscriber to the channel.. thank you. If you haven't yet subscribed to the channel I'd be honored if you'd consider doing so. Thanks for your support and ride safe. ✌️👊👍
You have to compare it to a special not a low end model rg sg. if your looking at a road king you don’t want all that extra bs .. just a raw touring bike with no extra .. not to mention they have. 114vrs the 107.. upgraded intake .. lowered suspension..forward controls.. daymaker headlight .different wheels . base rg/sg doesn’t come with any of that..
Thank you for watching. I just got confirmation that the Ultras and Limited will not be in the lineup in 2025. I appreciate your support. Ride safe and enjoy. 👍✌️👊
@@HDVIBE confirmed they'll have the Street Glide Ultra but not the RG. You will be able to order the lowers for your 24 RG if that's the ride you have.
I much prefer the standard style full size guards Hate the little chopped guards. I DO like the ones that have the skateboard wheels on em.. like the cool kids have. They grew on me. But never those chopped guards. Just doesn’t look right IMO
I've talked with several shops that already have color sheets for 2025 models. Just have to ask the right people. New Low Rider ST coming in Brilliant Red (with chrome) and a Blue color (with chrome) in addition to Black and Gray with black trim (plus couple other colors). The chrome models will have higher performance cam as well. Still with 117 CI. New M8 heads, and new technology on the ST. Also, ALL LEDs finally. About time. Going to be a sick ride!!! Mark my words - wait until the official announcements.
Thanks for watching and sharing that information. I like the chrome option on the Low Rider ST. If you are already a subscriber to the channel...thank you. If you haven't yet subscribed to the channel I'd be honored if you'd consider doing so. Thanks for your support and ride safe. 👊✌️👍
Would not mind it one bit if they dropped the RK Special, never like it anyway. I just wish they would bring the standard Road King back, that's the bike I want.
Thanks for watching and sharing your perspective. That would be nice if they brought that bike back. Not sure it will happen but you never know. If you are already a subscriber to the channel...thank you. If you haven't yet subscribed to the channel I'd be honored if you'd consider doing so. Thanks for your support and ride safe. ✌️👊👍
I believe you are correct about the Ultras. The dealers can sell upgrade kits and that would be a revenue generator. The catch will be if they can get the parts in a timely manner. They may have the hardware on hand, but they will need quick access to the painted parts.
Thanks for watching and commenting with your input on the topic. Yes, getting color matched painted parts in a timely manner would be an issue. If they go that route, I'd hope HD has that figured out. Thanks for your support and ride safe. ✌️👊👍
Laidlaw had a comparison sort of thing .. SG or Ultra .. by the time u get all that extra shit on your SG it’ll be WAYYYY more than an ultra This is a comparison between Rushmore to Rushmore .. Not 2024 to Rushmore Ultra
Harley-Davidsons yearly model releases are beginning to sound like one of those meetings at work where upper management presents a bunch obviously bad ideas with a lot of enthusiasm. It's been years since I've seen anything at the showroom that I would buy. I doubt that 2025 will be any different.
Thanks for watching and commenting. If you are already a subscriber to the channel...thank you. If you haven't yet subscribed to the channel I'd be honored if you'd consider doing so. Thanks for your support and ride safe. ✌️👊👍
I AGREE! Project Rushmore made some good changes (CAN Bus mainly), but I have never much liked the Rushmore fairings and bags as well as the older style I have. And I HATE the new 2024 SG and RG fairings. They are UGLY, I think. I hate the chopped engine guards and the new headlights. They are looking more and more like Indians and Asian bikes every year.
Thanks for watching and commenting with your perspective. You may be right. If you are already a subscriber to the channel...thank you. If you haven't yet subscribed to the channel I'd be honored if you'd consider doing so. Thanks for your support and ride safe. ✌️👊👍

My personal opinion, from a millennial: make black the standard and chrome a cost increase. I grew up with parents loving chrome and I can’t stand it at all. My entire friend group can’t stand chrome. To us, chrome feels “old”. I get that people like it but hear me out, millennials are the new group to hit professional, management, executive status as we are now 28-43. The older millennials do have a bit of x in us and we do have some loyalties built in but the younger you go, the less we have. We are bang for buck.
Thanks for watching and commenting. That could definitely be a possibility with an automatic transmission. If you are already a subscriber to the channel...thank you. If you haven't yet subscribed to the channel I'd be honored if you'd consider doing so. Thanks for your support and ride safe. ✌️👊👍
What I ask myself in view of the prices, especially for the Street Glide and Road Glide models, is why HD has not yet managed to give these touring motorcycles a reasonably priced suspension. If you really want to be comfortable and safe on the road, you have to look around in the aftermarket area and retrofit a spring-damper combination from Wilbers or something comparable, for example. It would look good on HD if they also gave their top models a top suspension. A semi-active chassis would be a good idea here. That would finally be appropriate for the Grand American Touring.
Thanks for watching and commenting with your very insightful perspective. Active suspension is something that has been bantered around. If they went that route they'd put it in the CVOs....at the big price. Thanks for your support and ride safe. ✌️👊👍
@@HDVIBE This is how HD is known, they first install a "self-evident" such as an adequate suspension system in the overpriced models with the "surcharge abbreviation" CVO and let the customer pay even more money for something self-evident. Ducati, BMW and other manufacturers in comparable price regions naturally install semi-active suspensions in their models. Why do they manage to do this and HD wants to see added value in an equipment that is actually taken for granted? At some point, profit maximization reaches a point where the customer no longer wants to play the game and cannot do so. After all, I'm buying a model in the highest price range and not an entry-level model. I don't want to have a basic construction kit but be able to go on tour adequately. With good driving comfort in all situations and also just as much seating comfort. Adjustable hand levers should now also be a matter of course for HD, but here, too: none. This detailed work would really look good on HD and make it clear that the customer is truly the king. But HD continues to rely on the old tactics and sells an attitude to life, and there is also a motorcycle that the customer has to laboriously adapt to his demands in his own work and the use of even more money. This is simply no longer up to date. At least not at the asking price, because even the high-priced Europeans are already much further ahead.

Just a rant, but, i went to look at the 2024 streetglide and was completely turned off by the rear of the bike. The taillights look like they are from the honda goldwing. ( nothining against hondas) and the fender is cut short. You could see half of the tire. And no more fender tip with the tribar. Im sure the ride and mechanics are good. just my opinion. But for now ill keep my older one. Thanks for the video, enjoyed as always.

It would be sad to see the Road King Special go away but can't disagree with that prediction! I think if HD had put the new fairings on the RG Limited and the Ultra Limited for 2024, you would have seen more of them leaving the showroom floor! Hoping they run them in 2025 with the new fairing to see how they do!? Thanks for sharing...stay safe out there!😎👍🤙👍🤙🇨🇦
Thanks for watching and commenting with your perspective. It will be interesting to see how the line up comes out. Thanks for your continued support and ride safe. ✌️👍👊
They need to toss that 150hp PanAm motor and stick it in a road glide. Won’t have the same charm and character .. but damn it would be a good bike .. The pushrod v twins are workable in your own garage tho with basic tools and service manual and a few beers
I live this idea. That pan am engine is legit. Water cool all day!! I do like that the gen 2 Milwaukee has water cooled heads, just wish they went all in on it though. Water = more powah!
It’s an idea but maybe not as good as you would think. The hp numbers are great but torque comes in at 94ft/lbs with peak torque at around 7k I believe. The road glide comes in at 130ft/lbs with peak just under 3k. These numbers are at the crank of course. And depending on how Pan America is equipped it’s about 2-300 lbs lighter than the road glide. Torque is king on a heavy bagger especially at low or cruising rpm. Who knows though, it might work better than I’m thinking.

I don't understand why Harley won't engineer a liquid-cooled real big-twin engine. They could even put fins on it to make it have the traditional looks. I would never buy another air-cooled bagger.
My predictions: They are going to update the Limited's and Trike's with a 121 ci motor, and update the fairings and upper and lower. They didn't update this year, if they wanted to get rid of them, they would of in 2024.

AMEN on colors! Harley colors, just like the automotive industry, have become increasingly and HOPELESSLY dull since 2013. There seem to be NO truly bright colors anywhere in the lineup anymore. Everything's either black, white, some boring shade of gray, or some dark lifeless-looking color. Where did the bright COLORS go?
I'm thinking that instead of hunched over naked like the Bronx, the motor co will use Rev Max engine in an upright club style bike to compete with the Buell Super Cruiser.
Thanks for watching and commenting. That is an interesting thought for sure...maybe they will go that way. It's a great engine. If you are already a subscriber to the channel...thank you. Here’s my prediction… Harley will of course build the revmax overseas but that engine will eventually be an option like on ST model touring bikes and eventually it will take the place entirely of the m8.

Dear Harley: no price increase. This is coming from someone who just bought a 24 SG because you dropped the price. I was NOT in the market for a Harley as I lived my triumph tiger and thought my next would be a bmw. But that price and the upgrades got me. As a matter of fact: need a sub 10k bike, keep the low rider and other soft tails under 20k, and introduce a mid size 7-900cc pan am. Keep the big pan am with a price under 20k, and a 900 for 14k, or a 700 for 12k.

I somewhat agree with most of your predictions. On the Ultra, I think your way off. Take a SG or RG, load it up like an Ultra and your trade in / resale value will be exactly the one of a basic SG or RG no matter how many options you add. We have all lived it on a trade in. The Ultra SG & RD will be back, all with updated styling and more. The auto- trans, I see it optional on basic SG and RG and optional on Trikes. Testing the waters for customer reaction, maybe even on a leader , low priced models… maybe. An electric assist reverse on any auto- trans would be an absolute must. Can’t resolve the problems you underlined without both solutions. We will soon find out.

I have owned five Harleys and still ride, Harley can keep raising prices, and sales will continue to drop, they'll need more than different to paint ......... Oh well, I'll keep my 2014 and save my money !!

I hope your prediction about the Road Glide ST returning for 2025 comes true, and with the inverted front forks, I hope. I have a 2022 Road Glide ST, and I really want a CVO ST, but the 43,000 price is more than I want to spend. 29k to 33k would be a lot better.
Thanks Kelly for watching and commenting. I think it would be a great seller if they go that way. Thanks for your continued support to the channel and ride safe. ✌️👍👊

I love my road king special and think road kings in general are some of the best looking bikes Harley makes. I don’t want to be married to a big fairing. I unfortunately think you are right however. Either they will go away or they will have to drop the price substantially. Which I don’t see HD doing the latter. You can almost buy one of the new gen Glides for what a RKS costs to that makes it even tougher to justify. And as you say the Road Glide is all the rage right now.
Thanks for watching and commenting with your perspective on the topic. It would be sad to see the RKS being dropped from the line up, but, I think it is very possible. I think you are wrong. HD is fully committed to the Revolution Platform. And the Pan America is a very competive platform even with the BMWs. A new PA platform, very possible, but the PA will still be there.
Thanks for watching and commenting. I didn't say they would cancel the Pan Am. As I mentioned at the beginning of the video, the Pan America will be a carry over bike with the 2025s starting to arrive late this year. The stripped down version I believe will be in addition to the Pan America. If you are already a subscriber to the channel...thank you. I would think that given the aging customer base that the motor company would seriously consider trikes with independent rear suspension. Better ride, handling and overall increased comfort. Just my two cents. Love the channel.

Thanks for watching and commenting. My guess is they will not have whiskey fire in 2025. If you look back over the years, the basic colors typically remain, and the trendy colors typically only are available for one model year. Thanks for watching and commenting. Unfortunately I don't have any insights on the CVO colors. I'm sure that info will be coming soon as I believe 2025 CVOs will start arriving as carry over models by end of year. The Dealerships have been loaded up by the motor co on 2024 CVOs in the last month. If you are already a subscriber to the channel...thank you. If you haven't yet subscribed to the channel I'd be honored if you'd consider doing so. Thanks for your support and ride safe. ✌️👊👍
Thanks for your response. I’ve been eyeing the 2023 Road Glide CVO in dark platinum, but with the 2025 models coming out soon, I’m impatiently waiting to see the new colors! I’m also wondering if it’s a bad sign that there are still a few 2023 CVO models left on the showroom floors.
@DMobley232 Sales are down...Dealerships are struggling given the economy and higher interest rates. You would probably be able to get a killer deal on the 2023.
I wouldn’t be surprised at all if Harley went for auto transmissions. It would go along with all the other dumb decisions they’ve made in the last 5-7 years. I ride a Street Glide and a Road Glide ST (24’s) at Bike Fest in the Ozarks last month. Thankfully, I wasn’t as impressed as I thought I’d be. I’ll be sticking with my 22 for the foreseeable future. The Breakout was a blast though, just not practical for me. Only thing I wish is that they would have upgraded the standard Glides to 114’s from the 107 before the all new models came out. But I guess if they did that, people wouldn’t be as eager to upgrade from a 114 to 117? All about the dollar rather than what the buyers want. I might go to Gateway tomorrow and see if that RK is still there. Gotta order a new tumbler for my new tour pack.

Everything is going to be basic bikes with the exception of cvo / specials .. all the pakages will be dealer installed upgrades .. road kings sell . If you want a touring size bike that doesn’t have all the extra bs and is just a motorcycle ... the street glide road glide is getting out of hand with the electronics

My 2012 FLHXSE3 CVO Street Glide in Hot Citrus/Antique Gunstock is the last Harley I really like! Every year the lineup and paint becomes more and more boring and not nearly as pretty as the pre-Rushmore bikes. The new SG and RG fairings look like ASS in my opinion. They might as well be Indians. Or even a Gold Wing - which at this point looks better than the 2024 SG and RG, I think.

Might as well skill the Sporty because they're not selling and if you want a Sporty you just buy Indian. Harley had great selling Sporty's but some Einstein decided to kill it instead of modding the motor to met Euro standards

In this video, I share what I know about the 2025 Models, what I am fairly certain will happen in the 2025 model year and I have ONE WILD PREDICTION that could come to fruition given Harley's target consumer demographic.
FYI Advanblacks products are made in China

Thanks for watching and commenting with your perspective on the topic. Thanks for your support and ride safe. ✌️👊👍
The problem with the Road King Special is it’s only $1,000 less than the SG & RG. For $1,000 more you get a faring, gages and a sound system. The RKS is simply overpriced. Drop the price $2,000 and they will sell.
Thanks for watching and commenting with your perspective. That is a great point. Thanks for your support and ride safe. ✌️👊👍
Ya I agree - the road king is a great bike. Just needs to be priced right.

@andrewb941 Thanks for sharing that info. ✌️👊👍
I need a true ultra/limited. I need frame mounted tourpak and lowers with the standard engine guard. Just my opinion.

I much prefer the standard style full size guards
Hate the little chopped guards.

Would not mind it one bit if they dropped the RK Special, never like it anyway. I just wish they would bring the standard Road King back, that's the bike I want.

I like the regular road king better also. I was just waiting for a better color choice. But they cut it instead.
@markmaese1599 Yes...and there aren't many pre-owned for sale either. I've been looking for one as well.
SG or Ultra .. by the time u get all that extra shit on your SG it’ll be WAYYYY more than an ultra
This is a comparison between Rushmore to Rushmore ..
Not 2024 to Rushmore Ultra
@@geraldgoodiii6993 that's probably what they want. More $$$

DCT type might deliver reverse!!! Another senior feature!!!

Nah fuck that
Do a baker style rev gear

Now that would be something. 👍

I love my road king special and think road kings in general are some of the best looking bikes Harley makes. I don’t want to be married to a big fairing. I unfortunately think you are right however. Either they will go away or they will have to drop the price substantially. Which I don’t see HD doing the latter. Thanks for watching and commenting. If that happens, I think it will be a home run. If you are already a subscriber to the channel...thank you. If you haven't yet subscribed to the channel I'd be honored if you'd consider doing so. Thanks for your support and ride safe. ✌️👊👍
So is that 107 motor a good motor? It must run cooler than the rest of them.
Thanks for watching and commenting. The 107 is a good engine. Everything just seems to be going toward the larger displacement. If you are already a subscriber to the channel...thank you. If you haven't yet subscribed to the channel I'd be honored if you'd consider doing so. Thanks for your support and ride safe. ✌️👊👍
I thought the 107 had higher compression than the 114 and therefore, with a CAM was actually a better runner?
Anyone know for sure?
@Irish_FLTRU The 107 is 10.0:1 vs 114 10.5:1 compression ratio. Thanks for the question
1:52 😮 And the new h-ds will jump over the moon 🤧 and be released at the dealer convention

Heard at the dealer Whiskey fire will be available in black only 2025.
Another dealer saod no Whiskey Fire at all next yr.
Thanks for watching and commenting. My guess is they will not have whiskey fire in 2025. If you look back over the years, the basic colors typically remain, and the trendy colors typically only are available for one model year. They may have something similar, but, it will have a different name. If you are already a subscriber to the channel...thank you. Any insight into color schemes on the CVO models ?
Thanks Roger for watching and commenting. I think the Road King Special is still there...it was as of last Saturday. Thanks for your support and ride safe. ✌️👊👍
@@HDVIBE it’s still there, but has a “reserved” tag on it and it’s sitting under the bell. Looks like somebody owes you a commission!
@rogermurph101 Yes...it went out the door yesterday.
I would not trust a automatic transmission from harley lol. Wait atleast 5 years so they could work the bugs out of it lol

With all of the used low mileage bikes out there for sale why anybody would by a new HD ( at a high price) is beyond me.

Yep. I just bought a 2022 HD PAN Special with 1300 miles still under warranty for half the price of a new one.

Im looking for a 750 revmax bike. So harley can compete in flat track this year.

Hmmm, lemme guess, more of the same full dresser touring bikes theyve been making forever and ever. God forbid they do something actually cool like releasing the Bronx.

Yup
2025 nothing new in Softail line up 2 years in a row ?
Thanks for watching and commenting. I have since heard there will be a chrome option on the Low Rider ST. Other than that...I don't think we will see much change in the Softail line up.

I mean it wouldn’t be smart for Harley to raise the prices as their sales has dropped tremendously.

Might as well skill the Sporty because they're not selling and if you want a Sporty you just buy Indian.
Harley had great selling Sporty's but some Einstein decided to kill it instead of modding the motor to met Euro standards

So nothing exciting to the Softail line up.
Thanks for watching and commenting. I don't think there will be any big changes on the softail line up. Perhaps the Low Rider STs will get the new liquid cooled motor.
