My height never bothered me and, as a result, was never used as a weapon against me. People will behave with you in accordance with who you are. Be nice and they’ll be nice. Same story when it comes to self-esteem. Don’t lower yourself for silly reasons. And although some woman probably rejected me because I was too short when I was still single, I’ll never know because it never struck me as a factor to be bothered with. I should have used a better word than voluntarily, you have control over your diet, workout plan, and sleep which in turn have an effect on your height. That's what I meant by voluntarily. And emphasis on genetics was already made by me. Whatever I mentioned are the only researched methods (backed up by studies) to increase height.

it's really genetics but Lifestyle and diet can optimise your growth hormone and igf-1 for example if you get hit with malnutrition during early 2-3 year and during adolescence if your height potential was 5'10 you would only reach 5'7.. for example i was hit hard with malnutrition after birth and during adolescence which resulted my body becoming 2-3 year smaller than my age. on the other hand my moms brother is 5'2 but his Son grew upto 6'0 lol yes his mother side was tall but i think he had better lifestyle and diet as i often visited them and saw how they live.. it's all about our ancestoral gene if you don't want your son to be hit with Same struggle look for a women with tall father and brothers they might save your sons gene
