  • Let's discuss why knitting and crocheting benefit both physical and mental well-being.
Knitting and crocheting are fantastic ways to reduce stress and promote relaxation. Repetitive and rhythmic motions can induce meditation, like mindfulness or yoga. Moreover, knitting and crocheting can boost mood and improve mental health.
Write in the comments what you think about how knitting and crocheting affect us. Does it help you to relax? Maybe you have some techniques that help you relax while knitting. Or some rules, such as knitting only what brings joy.

    As always, a great video.
Your tips are very useful, especially being prepared to give up a project if it is turning out to be less enjoyable than you expected.. Removing that stress is very good.
I often have to spend a lot of time in bed or at least resting due to medical issues. This can make me feel like my life is pretty worthless...
By knitting and crocheting for myself and others I am able to turn this potentially useless time into something productive, plus all the benefits of colour and tactile sensory thngs from the yarn.
    See you next time.
