Just rode my brother's 2012 and loved it! Sound is amazing and it handles really well for a big bike. Light too! I got on my 18' Street Triple 765R afterwards, and it felt like a brick.

Sooner or later they probably reveal Diavel V4. I wonder if this move won't make the devil less evil (Ducati FriendlyDeamon & XFriendlyDeamon? :D). I heard that new Multistrada and Streetfighter have smoother reaction on the throttle and do not require that much revs during slow maneuvers anymore, but maybe this is just an ECU thing?
I more or less guarantee that it will become a lot less evil version - if they make a V4 one. That's mostly down to the lot stricter emission laws we have nowadays and which will get even worse in the next few years!

I tried comparing my GS (1250) sound ( your video) to the diavel sound here by going back and forth between videos. It would be interesting to have a comparison sound video compilation between bikes. The video is perfect, the way you ride is perfect, everything is perfect. Just one question, you said that the rear suspenaion is ultra stiff. Isn't it adjustable? I thought that with so much money, you would get a fully adjustable suspension. Even so, it seems to be very smooth. We are glad to have you doing all these amazing reviews. Thank you so much

Minus the foot position, do you think there's a difference in feel between the belt drive of the xDiavel and the chain of the regular Diavel? I think the torque curve is slightly different, but I'm curious if the chain is more "exciting"? (Am a newbie, so please excuse silly questions)
That's easy. When you post a question like: What camera are you using? Where is that road? Is that exhaust stock? Which tires did you use? How do you record your sound? . . . etc
Hi schaaf, gopro max is verrry verrrrry compatible of capturing this view + extra stereo sound on top of yours. I thought maybe you can update your hardware if that is helpful. I also do filming, thats why i wanted to say. No complaints about the current quality whatsoever :))
This is why I think I'd go for the diavel not the xdiavel. The xdiavel looks gorgeous but I think the feet forward thing would freak me out too much, I need a more "normal" foot position. Great ride and vid though buddy. 🙏
diavel lighter lil faster in corner and on straight rocket spin lower rpm thanks more cc engine and is heavier ;) beside this no biger diffrenc beeetewen both offcorse diavel have chain and rocket have cardan shaft those are bigest diffrenc beewten both .
