Hi Armun, yup I got 35% VortexIR ceramic tint all around except for the front windshield. And I didn't get the front lights tinted, but I just finished putting PPF on them a couple of days ago

The turn signals have two positions. If you press the left stock firmly the turn signal continues to stay on if you press it lightly it only swipes three times. Voice commands are the easiest way to control the windshield wipers.

I already do not like the inability to put MY preferred 5-slot rims (Ansen) on “my” tentative Model 3! Tesla cars are looking very limiting.
For sure. I think they mentioned a couple of years ago that according to their data that a spare tire was rarely used so they got rid of it to increase space and improve range/performance, but I would definitely want a spare tire

I have used my spare a few times and was glad I kept its air pressure usable! Being the man that I am, I keep a close watch on the PSI and with my older vehicle I incorporate the spare in the rotation factor. That way they all live longer. Luckily haven't had to use the spare yet, but feels good to be ready just in case
Good review. As far the AP goes you just gotta learn in which situations to use it. If the traffic is not moving at consistent speeds I drive manually. And I haven’t tried this yet but some people say in chill mode it’s less jerky.

Sure thing, Bill. For right now, it looks like sentry mode will only alert and send a notification to your phone when something severe enough triggers the alarm like someone smashing in a window. It would be nice to have the option to be notified for events like someone leaning against our cars, but I haven't seen that feature being mentioned in the works yet. It does look like sentry mode live camera access has started rolling out as part of software update 2021.36.8 though.
I was also considering the speaker harness but have read that it reduces the already non-existent bass even further because the stock unit doesn't really have the power to drive those additional speakers without another amp

True. I do my best to adjust side view mirrors to minimize blind spots and turn my head to check when changing lanes. But it was nice sometimes to just do a quick check out of the corner of my eye to see that marker in the side view mirror so I know I shouldn't change lanes while keeping my eyes on the road.

@@CasualTeslaFan Sorry if this seems intrusive but I'm gathering information to make my purchase decision which is why I'm asking. How much do you pay for insurance and which company do you use? Have you had any other cost besides financing and insurance like repairs or maintenance since you bought your M3?
@@justrandomthings319 No worries and sure thing! We use Geico and pay around $700 every 6 months for full coverage for the M3. Hoping Tesla insurance comes to Maryland soon so we can shop around and hopefully get a lower rate. Besides financing and insurance, we haven't had any other costs other than charging at home at around 16 cents per kWh and some supercharging here and there (average supercharger costs seemed to be around 40ish cents per kWh for me). Filling up the windshield wiper fluid when it ran low cost a couple dollars and probably have to rotate the tires for the first time in a couple months, but gonna try rotating myself at home

Yeah I've actually noticed that a lot of the dirt and grime on my SR+ aren't really noticeable at a distance. But close-up is a different story haha.
