    I don’t know who was sold on “no more stick drift”. I’ve had mine for over a year and from the analogs that came with it to the 3-4 replacement sets I’ve been through every pair has had stick drift but a different amount and in different directions every time. Personal opinion but I don’t care for the tension on the sticks over the factory ps5 controller. They have this weird stiff center that takes a certain amount of tension to break but makes being constantly precise in that small window between 1-2% and the sticks at center hard.
    I enjoy it and the back buttons are really nice and click smooth. Great controller, just wish they did Hall effect analogs… then again, can’t make money on those.

  • @GordonPlanB
    @GordonPlanB 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

    So you all should know BEFORE YOU BUY: I got mine a few months back, thankfully I mostly play fps-games like cod. From the start there’s some problem with the buttons, for me it’s square and triangle, the buttons get stuck while pressing them. They feel ”mushy” and it kinda feels like the outer part of the controller chassi is missplaced, making the buttons get stuck or create friction to the edges of the action button holes in it. I have tried a variation of things but nothing helps. I have googled the issue and found that this is a common thing. I love everything about the controller except this. To pay $200+ for a premium cobtroller and then having issues like this feels terrible and I am thinking about returning it to playstation.

  • @emerelle3535
    @emerelle3535 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

    I bought them for replaceable sticks after my normal ones started to drift. However, three weeks of heavily and sweaty gaming, the rubber-ish parts on the backside started to bubble and will probably peel off anytime soon… sadge. :/
    Battery-Life on the other hand is ok when you switch between two Controller like I typically do. One is (ab)used while the other one loads…

    The battery life in my opinion is it’s biggest downfall it could have been promising which is probably why they provided a super long cable with it however they’re better controllers on the market that are like 50 bucks cheaper with full customisation based off of the standard dualsense edge like a Aim controller

    I have one, battery is at a weak 4-5 hours at most, but I hardly ever use it. I like the regular duel sense controllers more. I actually collected one of each color, so I pick one at random. The pink, and purple controllers are my favorite colors. I feel like video game controllers are like shoes, the more pairs you have, you can swap them out and pick one for every day of the week and then your controller’s dexterity lasts much longer.

    I tried this controller and hated it. I then tried the razer wolverine and liked it more, however the regular dual sense shape is more comfortable. If you're tech savvy you should purchase a kit from extreme rate that's what I did. It cost me like 20 bucks for trigger locks and the controller was a gift. The dual sense is extremely easy to disassemble compared to all dual shocks. Examples why this controller is not good include: It is heavy, the regular thumb sticks are comfortable, the trigger locks still have alot of travel and are not clicky, the back paddles are floppy, the grip makes the controller thicker and less comfortable. All of the reasons to get one for me are the reason to not get one. I don't use back paddles and play FPS games so I just need the trigger locks. I also have 4 controllers and never got stick drift.

    It's amazing and the cable brings me back to my old Xbox days, where I was the boss because I had a clear green Xbox controller with the longest cable than my friends so I was always the one more comfortable while we killed each other in Halo 2, I'm fine with wired, the controller itself it's comfy, almost pleasurable to hold, love the back buttons and the customization options seems endless, definitely worth it, if you've got the cash to spare of course, it's not a must, but it's definitely the deluxe experience.
