First of all congratulations for this video and I see myself reflected in almost everything you say, I´m a man of 31 y.o. and I've been in the gym for 12 years but I consider that I've only been training for 7 of those years. If you do not come from an environment that has a culture of gym, nutrition and in general that lifestyle is difficult to know what to do and how. I remember the first time I saw you on instagram and thinking "I'm a guy and my two legs together are not as strong as one of hers". I started following your posts and having the aspiration , along with other fitness models, to improve my physique but I wasn't improving.... People tend to say that your physique or other people's physique is a product of steroids, which at least in your case does not make sense, but it is true that the most anabolic substance of all is tranquility, calmness... What I mean is that supplements, as you say in the video, are almost not necessary but if we need quality food that is often out of reach (eg salmon), a personal trainer or simply have a job that does not involve physical exertion that exhausts you and over stresses your central nervous system and override your ability to recover. The social class or the comforts that a person has as a basis for progress do a lot, not to mention genetics, height... To understand all these things when now there are teenagers who look like Mr. Olympias or bench press my dead weight for reps because now there is much more gym culture and the proliferation of steroids at young ages, an obsession with physical appearance by instagram or tiktok have made it very difficult to accept oneself or see one's progress and be satisfied. In any case you´re still one of my favourite fitness model and I respect your hardwork, dedication and will to help others.
