You will be okay. It’s early stage cancer, highly treatable and you still have some ovary left which is what you need if you want children in the future. You should be proud you got all this done. You’ll get through it and will be okay.
My 16 year old daughter has a large tumor on her right ovary and on her left ovary. We are going through a lot of tests and doctors appointments. Herr Ca125 numbers are high and cancer is a concern. Pl😢keep her in prayer
My 26yr old daughter is going through something very similar. Listening to the beginning was like reliving her experience. The only difference was the sz. Ultrasound stated 7inch tumor and the mri said 21inches. Her CA125 was2300. The tumor was the sz of a basketball. Her oncologist is an angel but her actual gynecologist needs to retire. Surgery was a horrible experience. That was a month ago and she just started chemo yesterday. I wish more women would advocate for themselves and make Ovarian cancer a reality. We tend to easily accept other common diagnosis like pcos, which is what they told my daughter she had 2years ago. Only to end up with The big C. Ur in my prayers and I'm grateful u have the courage to share your story. GOD BLESS YOU
I am sorry for your daughter and you too as it must be very tough as a mother to see your daughter go through this but thankfully she has you. I agree many brush it off as pcos or cyst, my original obgyn thought it was a cyst and said I was too Young for it to be cancer... he was very very wrong... I truly hope the best for your daughter and I hope she's able to beat it. I'm not sure where you live but I'm in so SoCal and my doctors name is Raffi Chalian and he has truly been the best I can not recommend him enough. If there's anything I can help with I'm here. My best wishes for your daughter ❤️

Sending hugs and positive vibes your way. So pleased that the surgery was successful. Please keep us up to date if and when you are able to. You are in our thoughts and we are all here supporting you from afar. ♡
Im sorry you went through this. I’m glad I saw this though because I was thinking of just cancelling the ultrasound because the OB told me things looked fine and I was too young for cancer. I too feel fine some days but the back pain is so odd for me. I’m here thinking maybe I’m in my head about my health. I’m definitely keeping the appointment. Sending my prayers to you on this journey. ❤
Thank you for sharing your story. I had a similar experience last summer, and luckily it was also caught early stage. Questions for you - what was the cell type in your case, and what was your CA 125 at follow up?
Sorry u had to go through that. But I realize in the medical world, u have to be ur own advocate . If one doctor isn't listening to you, go find another doctor asap and get another opinion. Not only that, u need to do ur own follow up. It's happened to my mom, it's happened to me where referrals never got sent out for whatever reason or never received so u need to follow up in a couple days to see if they sent the referral or insurance authorization or whatever. I hope ur days get better and stay strong . I'm going through something of my own too but we are all warriors !
Very lucky early stage mine was just caught on a ct when severe pains n cramps came on with bloaded abdomal from ascites just finished 3rd chemo waiting surgery then another 3 with high grade serous carcinoma at 45 this yr so glad u caught it early
I’m so sorry you had to go through these doctors who made everything difficult for you. This is why I prefer women doctors bc I’m more comfortable with them and I believe they know women bodies more than male doctors. Thank you for sharing your story. I have high anxiety right now bc I’ve felt bloated and constipated for the longest time. I recently went to my gynecologist and she just recommended ultrasound and blood test. Hoping it’s normal and that I’m completely healthy.
While having the tumors I never missed my period. However, after the surgery I missed my period about twice thankfully I have been getting my periods now.
Wow. Thank god they found it early. Praying for your full recovery. Amen.
