I bought a 1500 and used it a few times until it quit producing power. The screen still worked but when you plugged something into it nothing happened. I emailed the support group and they have not resolved the problem yet so take my advice Don't buy one. Get you a better product cause customer support is useless.
I just messaged them last week about a unit & battery not sinking together. They messaged be back in 2-days & told me what I needed to do. So, I calibrated the two & now they are working perfect. I hate that yours stopped working. Does yours not have warranty anymore? It being the e1500 it should have had 5-years?
When I bought the E1500 from Pecron directly, No sales tax but my bank charged me a 3% foreign transaction fee. (I used a debit card and not a credit card, so it was my money and my bank grabbed some!) So I still saved the difference between 8% sales tax and 3% bank fee. July 5 2024, Sale price on E1500 $679 less 5% discount code = $645. For 1536 Wh, that's only .42 per Wh plus bank fee of course.

Yup its a great deal. Waiting on the e3600. Got 3 of the e2000's and 2 of the expandable bats. and 2 e600's. Love this company!
Yeh, I think they honestly give you a lot for the money. Compared to others they should be charging more.
Have you tested the pass-through charging? In an extended outage, I'm going to have to recharge using my gas gennie, not enough sun where I am. Hope that will work out OK.
Yes, Pass-through charging works 100%. As long as you have sun.

@@zippy2641 Pass through charging with solar yes. If you're talking about ac wall outlet that is ups mode. But yes, if you first plug the e1500 up to wall & then plug a let's say refrigerator up to e1500, that is ups mode. the wall outlet will keep the unit charged up plus run fridge. But if grid power goes off then e1500 takes over & runs fridge. And when grid power is restored/comes back on then grid runs fridge & also charges up e1500. @@EASTKYPREPPER I plan to recharge my battery with a gas generator. Would be nice to be able to do that while still powering other devices with the battery. (that would be pass thru charging)

Ive had some issues with the 1500lfp. My first unit the inverter went bad. They sent me a "new" unit but it was obviously a used or refurbished unit. I paid full price for it back in the spring, so i wasnt ok with that. They eventually sent me another that is actually new. This one makes the most annoying and loud noises, even when there is no load on the AC. Have you encountered a pecron having strange sounds that arent the fans coming on with heavier loads? I can hear this thing in the ither room, even when it isnt powering anything!
@@barneslandcare Well, not on my pectins I haven’t. But my first OUKITEL P5000 made a high pitched squeal noise when you turned it on & it was annoying! Just remember, you paid for it & it’s covered under warranty. If you’re not satisfied send it back & have them replace it or refund your money. Keep us updated please.
