If you want to get into archery with your shoulder problem, you can start with a bow that is around 20-25 pounds so you dont throw out your sholder when you want to shoot
Most pro archers are running like 10-16% foc. Balance it on something round. Line a pen or another arrow And for testing the arrow straightness etc think mor like your squaring tool but only with little V holders at the far ends.. and there ends should be further apart for it than the squaring tool or two overlapping bearings at each endfor it to roll on but they'll have to be good and flat
Thanks for that. I do not actually shoot archery and never have. I was building tools for a buddy of mine. He says they work well enough for what he needed/wanted. Do you design your own archery tools? For 3D printing? Any links or files you wish to share? Thanks for being part of the conversation!
that can be inspiring, but maybe someone create a crossbow loader or trigger mechanism or maybe whole crossbow . I think except the limbs it would be possible

I might do just that. Thanks for watching!
As an archer these are pretty cool. Good video bud. I have a lot of ideas for 3D printed archery stuff, just got my own Ender 3 pro.
I'm sure my 3D printers have paid for themselves a couple times over, making repairs or creating my own accessories. Thanks for watching!

@@Grimm3D yes I noticed you said that so I thought I'd just throw a couple basics on the correct standard/ typical practices out there

Good project idea. Could probably be 80% 3D printed if you wanted a serious shooter, probably 100% 3D printed for a toy version. Thanks for watching!
Hello where can I get the stl for the modified version? :)
