      i used to not like them but now i loooooove them😍😂 (thanks to Danielle pascente and Annaaa) but still i dont really like the pushup part (i had an injury)....MAYBE U WILL END UP LOVING THEM TOO❤❤❤

    Personally I love the warm up/stretch for the first few moves, it really helps get things going and certainly makes me feel like I can push myself more later on in the workout. Whew that was another doozy! How many sweat drops? I think I sweat enough for 2 people.

    wow it felt like night and day with the first and second half of the workout! at first I was like...hmm where's the sweat at, and then BAM i was sweating like the Niagara falls.

    this was such an iconic workout-- it felt like it was going to be easy at first but it ended up being killer🤣💧

    Almost there😭 I'm so proud of myself. But I take a day rest between each day of the workouts and that works best for me mentally and physically. Three more days plus recovery stretches to go and I'm done to be off to another challange 🥳

    Wow! Just like someone said below, I thought this was going to be an easier class based off the first two work outs and I got disappointed because I wanted a killer one! So I trusted the comment below and I'm so happy I did! Not only was that killer, it was also full of a lot of fun new work outs and variations I haven't seen in your videos before.     This one was amazing. Talk about latent sweat, everything was fine and then BAM sweating galore. I LOVED the range of motion in the exercises and this video goes straight into the workout with a nice cooldown at the end. I will definitely be doing this one again. AAA+. Thanks Anna

    Even though I work out at least 5 days a week I always felt intimidated by your workouts. But I did decide today to try this one because I was looking for a 30 minute workout that had both the warm-up and cool-down in it and it didn't disappoint and it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be.     Geez! This workout... Had me 🌬️winded💨!! Burned 314 calories and felt as if my heart moved to my throat. Goodness! The amount of burpees in this workout almost had me phone in. However, I feel like a million after finishing this workout.

      That is what i do. Get out of bed drink water, stretch, and start the workout. Usually get up at 545am.

    I’ve been working my way through this challenge and was noticing a change in myself but not on the scale necessarily. Well since last week (2/2) I’ve lost 3 lb. definitely have to stop throughout the workout variations but that’s exactly how you should feel. Super intense and satisfying workout. Thank you!
