It is easy to learn #neurographica (its simplified form is known as #neurographicart). This art form helps you explore your inner world, achieve your goals, and bring positive changes to your life. Developed by Russian psychologist Pavel Piskarev, PhD, the word Neurographica combines "neuron" (brain cell) and "graphics" (visual presentations, like drawings). This shows how the method connects our brain with our artwork. Neurographica includes various drawing techniques, with its main features including the Neurographic line, the principle of rounding the corners, and the Basic Algorithm (step-by-step instructions).

This exercise along with your narrative is quite calming…. I find that the rounding rule is distracting, but I like the fact that the paths of the lines can follow the previous line with subtle difference….. noting that the colors you are using represent emotions, possibly thoughts and behaviors both positive and negative… thank you…
Thank you for your comment. Yes, the colours are symbolic and connected to certain emotions.
So glad to meet your channel and now your wisdom! I look forward to learning from you in Nov 2024. Is there an email to reach out please?
Thank you, Bruce! I continue my journey and will share more in the future.
I approach doing a drawing in several ways. Sometimes my intention is vague, I just need to draw, then I often like to stop and ask the Universe for one word/phrase after I've done a neurographic piece, and then write that somewhere on the piece as my take away thought. I've also enjoyed having a theme offered like your neurographica charka series and tree of life drawings. That's where I started. Placing an angst on the page and then integrating it is very satisfying and calming. Recently I started using using neurographica when I hear an intriguing truism someone says. I make a note of it, then I I do a neurographic drawing with this saying in my mind, looking for my personal connection(s) to the thought that resonated with me.
Hello, and thank you so much for sharing your process! I’ve also found that each Neurographica technique brings its own way of setting an intention or theme. Recently, in my Basic User course, I explored how themes can be found, focusing on the obstacle or block we’re working to release (the algorithm for removing constraints). Other techniques might use broader or more specific goals. It’s similar to entering a labyrinth with a specific request in mind. I appreciate your idea of drawing around captivating concepts. This reminds me of spiritual practices where repetition of sacred texts or reflecting deeply on a question can bring new insights. Setting a theme or intention may seem straightforward at first. Yet, the more we study, the more nuances it presents. Thank you for adding to this meaningful discussion!
Good info and the concise presentation is great.
Thank you! Short videos, 3-5 minutes, dealing with one topic, work well.
Thank you 💖
Interesting Alina... Interesting Alina... you might laugh, but for me, determining my theme is often the most difficult part of my NG-work.
Thank you Vikky! I totally get what you're saying! I thought I understood the theme fully, but teaching it again this October brought a whole new perspective. It's funny how the more you learn, the more you realize just how intricate things really are. Neurographica feels so much like a spiritual practice in that sense-it’s all about intention. I love thinking of intention as the guiding force; it directs our energy, not just in the drawing itself but also in life. Thanks for sharing your thoughts. It’s always inspiring to connect with others on this journey.
No! Me, too! 😊
Finally a teacher that knows what she´s talking about.
Thank you!
I love your creativity. I wish doctors could see lines like you do. I am deaf with severe tinnitus in one ear. I just think there's a nerve that needs to be grilled or shut off. I've been living with this for all my life and I'm 67 years old.
Thank you so much for your kind words and for sharing your story. I agree: if only doctors could see things in such creative and holistic ways, perhaps they could find solutions that go beyond the conventional. Sending you positive thoughts, and I hope you continue to find ways to ease your experience. Alina

Most videos I've watched don't show the initial quick scribble. Interesting.
It's the foundation for this drawing technique. But one cannot really see it because it is such a quick movement.
Thank you! This is perfect. Everything i wanted to know about this Chakra is right here :)
You are welcome!
First of all, a fantastic choice of you Alina to share such personal topics from nature and while walking with the world. We also chose a life without children a long time ago. We still fully support the choice we made then and the fact that we did not create those "bonds" then makes a big difference for our spiritual life now. In my opinion, having a life partner with whom you "share a close friendship" is a great blessing in life and is the best basis for any relationship. How you/you really want to give substance to this man-woman relationship is entirely up to the two of you, ... as long as every decision takes both into account so that honest support can continue to exist.
Hello Vicky, Thank you so much for your insight. I agree with you. Having a life partner to share with is truly important, but there's also this deep connection with parents that seems to linger, no matter how far away they are. It’s almost like an invisible thread that remains, regardless of how often we talk or see them. When it comes to life partners, though, it’s different. It’s really about reflecting shared values and providing mutual support. Observing my own parents, I see how my mom does everything for my dad, and it’s a powerful example, even if their relationship has its own complexities. I also believe that for life to feel comfortable, we must first feel self-reliant and whole within ourselves, which only spiritual growth can provide. From that position of strength and self-reliance, we can then choose a partner who complements us. If we enter a relationship out of neediness, it often leads to playing roles that do not reflect who we are. Thank you again for your thoughtful comment. I truly appreciate it!
Along the way, after losing an adult son, I came to the personal realization, that I am not suppose to be a physical being searching for spiritual experiences, but a spiritual being searching for physical experiences. This change in perspective for the last 10 years has really helped me focus on what mattered to me. Now as I approach 60 in a couple of months, I find myself overly immersed in physical living of life and needing to slow down. It's hard to know what to take off the plate so I can eat a little slower and more deliberately.
I don't think it should matter what choices a person has made up until now. To what degree one wants to live alone, or not, or have control over how much time is spent in social situations, should be completely renegotiable with themselves and their lifestyle. usually by our ages, I am 59, we have a good idea our tolerance level for social interaction. Right now, I am in a marriage, but we spent a lot of time apart. I am more social outside of the home, because I work and teach ceramics, both part time. My husband seems fine without outside interests. I know I am good for about 2-3 hours of socializing a day, and preferably not everyday. If I was to lose my husband, as many women do, I wouldn't want to live alone indefinitely. I'd probably like to share a house with someone as a roommate, but not a spousal situation. Or I'd live alone but teach more often. I'd continue to volunteer, because of the rewards of being a person recognized and known in my community. It's especially beneficial for older people to have the whole community watching out for you. I am lucky to live in a small town where that is easily achieved.
Your words resonate because after several spouses I chose to be alone almost 20 years ago. No children, no spouse, now 74 years old with just a couple of siblings. It has been very freeing in some ways, disappointing in others, such as some lack of love missed along the way. But the lesson for me has been to step back and stay as the witness of life as much as possible, and deepen this practice more and more to increase connection with the Self that is all of us. For this I have the help of Mooji, a great sage. Very grateful to see you here, and thank you.
Hello Marie, Thank you so much for your comment. This is a very interesting period of my life, and I find myself at a crossroads like never before. It feels like the quietest and darkest moment before dawn, but I know the light is coming. Every area of my life feels like it's shifting with each step I take, and I perceive this as a sign from the Universe to slow down, nurture myself, and really consider what I want. I’m choosing to focus on myself for now, increasing my connection with my Higher Self and being aware of the present moment because this is the only thing that matters. When I look back, many of my struggles, passions, and desires seem like smoke. All the best!
Alina, your offerings have changed my life for the better. I was able to join you live for this and so glad I can access it on your TH-cam channel.

I'm 44 and I still feel like I'm young and just starting out in life. And I haven't had any big real events in my life yet and everything is still ahead of me. When my parents died, I felt like my life might be over soon. But now after their death it's been 3 years and I feel like I'm just starting my life again. I think that my parents before their deaths thought that they had not lived long enough and that they still had a whole life ahead of them. Somehow it always seems that we haven't done anything yet and we will do it all in the future.
Hello Lucy, Thank you so much for sharing your story. It is a painful subject for anyone who has experienced such a loss. When I was your age, I didn’t give much thought to my parents' aging or the eventual decline of their health. I couldn’t even imagine them being less active. But in the last few years, I’ve experienced some events that made me reconsider everything. I’ve come to realize that my parents are, in fact, mortal human beings, and it was a difficult realization for me. Sometimes we think our parents are invincible, and coming to terms with their mortality is hard. Like you, I’ve also reflected on my life and starting a new chapter, and it's true-no matter what we do, there will always be someone doing something bigger or greater. But I’ve learned that the important thing is to act and not delay. By the way, I checked out your channel on learning English, and I really admire your determination and courage to learn on your own. You're doing so well! I’m sure you’ve made even more progress since your older videos. I could recommend checking out TH-cam videos specifically for English learners. There are many great ones that have simplified texts for different levels, read with clear accents. You can listen, read, and repeat to practice rhythm and pronunciation. I wish you all the best, and thank you again for your thoughtful comment.
Obrigada Alina...

Thank you so much, Vicky, for your support. Something powerful is indeed happening within me, and I’m curious to see how it will shape my courses. I feel there will be a new emphasis on everything I teach-perhaps I’ll be able to teach more from the heart than ever before. I also have a strong desire to create TH-cam videos that share more of my personal journey. I’ve mentioned wanting to write a book. Instead, I’ve decided to start telling my story in a different way, through these videos. It’s a bit scary, but luckily the desire and purpose can be stronger than the fear. That’s part of the challenge, and I’m ready to embrace it.
