  • Ever want to get in an awesome reformer workout, but also really just want to lay down? I've been there. Look no further - this whole class is done lying supine, but is by no means easy! So grab a small ball and enjoy 30 minutes of feel good movement targeting the abs and legs. Thanks to the ball we'll get some increased range of motion to get the spine moving in all directions, as well as challenging our balance and stability big time. Thanks for joining me!

    A great workout ❤ Is this workout for footwork setting ?

      Hi there, yes the potions of this workout with your feet on the footbar should be done at your footwork setting. But when you use the straps you can adjust out of your footwork settings. Thanks!
