I really enjoy your workouts.. Whats your process when it comes to class planning, do you chose a theme, where do you get your inspiration, etc? thanks x

Hi @missyp166 I follow the Progressive Flow which is a format that I teach my students in Function Pilates Teacher Training program. It essentially hits all areas to fulfill a full body flow. I do like to create a theme (topic) to focus on so I can create the flow specifically to that demographic. My niche is rehab so I like to consider the do's/don'ts and understanding the overall condition or injury will also help to narrow down what muscles are tight and weak. This probably sounds like a lot but it does take a lot of thought to create balanced workouts, and integrating all of the Pilates principals :)

Do you recommend this particular video for people with low back/sciatica issues? I know every Pilates move and prop has different benefits for different things

Awesome! What a fun switch up!! Would you mind slowing down just a touch during the transitions? I feel like I missed out while trying to get myself into position with the ring! Thanks again!

I like your moves a lot but the instruction is quick and sometimes hard to follow if I’m not looking at my device. Have you considered doing the instruction live while you’re doing the moves? Thanks!

Sometimes the workout can be faster than the voiceover. We will work on trying to keep them both at an accurate pace.

I love your videos so much!! I recently got a reformer and have been making my way through your videos each day! 💖
Just a question, I’m in Australia and on a totally different machine so I’m finding myself getting lost with strings. My colours are
    2 red (heavy)
    2 blue (medium)
    1 yellow (light)
When you say “1 and a half springs” should I be doing 1 heavy and a light or say, 1 medium and a light? 😹

That is awesome! So one and a half would be 1 blue and 1 yellow. If I say 2 springs then 2 blues. Your blue springs will probably be the ones used most often.
