Tobirama is a rational thinker whereas Hashirama is emotional and sympathetic. Neither is right or wrong and as you watch more episodes with their backstory you will see that there are situations when one of them is definitely wrong based on the circumstance. The senju brothers compliment each other, they correct each other whenever one is wrong. The same goes for their jutsus. People say Hashirama is stronger than Tobirama but if you check their skills you will notice that neither of them learns or uses the same jutsu. They were brought up together and fought together so they each learned different jutsus to help and compliment each other on the battlefield.

From madara stealing cells to obito to danzo to orochimaru to zetsu. Lots of dilution in dna. While i guess the spirit or soul of hashirama packs the undiluted 100% real cells better than anything(maybe the soul and the memory powers the body and his unique chakra makes the cells better i guess)
