Amazing run with just one hand! This is actually the first time I've seen a One Hand Zelda 1 gameplay. Just a question: why grab that red candle when you already got the blue candle? That gave you ~30s loss in time. Would be less with a perfect block clip at the 1st attempt, but still a big time loss. I'm actually really impressed by all these screen scrollings with just one hand! So often at first attempt. It's not even easy with two hands. And the running question I always ask myself: why are the level 1 & 7 bosses that easy to beat? At least in level 7? They could at least have added shooting balls from 2 corners in level 7 so it's at least a little bit harder :) but it is what it is :)
If I will become as good as you I will probably understand much better :) But when is the red candle required? I know it's so good for beginners that wanna try to burn all bushes in the overworld to find secrets :) Anyways I have a strong feeling that you can improve your 1-hand WR by at least 30 sec! I've tried the WR route (2-handed) and I always get stuck at the boss in level 4 with the wooden sword. You got 4 heart containers, green outflt and you must stab the boss 16 times I think. 8 times per head?
Hey! I make The Legend of Zelda (NES version 8-bit) ROM hacks and would love to see you try to tackle one. They are tricky and challenging. Definitely will make you think at times. I can E-mail you one if you would be up for the challenge. I changed shops, dungeon locations, dungeon items, dungeon maps, outside world map, secrets and more. I would enjoy watching you play a blind play through it
GG and well fought

When you know you're on pace, your brain sometimes stops working XD I normally run 3 First red candle, in which that is required..
