Love the ability to get grips on and off, including getting wheels off! Thanks for the tips!
Thanks mate, I think the grips is my favourite after watching it back 👍🏼
Another hack is pushing fluid out of a container into a transmission or differential. Set your air compressor at about 5lbs (especially if you are moving liquid from a plastic container). Drill a hole in the cap of the container so a 3/8 feed tube fits tightly and another hole to press the tip of your air gun fits snug. With only 5 llbs of pressure fill the container with air to push the fluid out the container. This method works great on filling transmissions and differentials. Just make sure your container is strong enough to subject itself to 5 lbs of air. Great video
if you want your compressor to last dont forget about the condensation release tap on the bottom of it. Im pretty sure you have to release the water after every use otherwise you`ll end up with a dead compressor after just using it for just 2 or 3 years like I did.
Yeah it’s very important to empty the residual water from them regularly other they will rust from the inside out 👍🏼
Been doing it since found that video of one exploding from corrosion, very rare but no joke since I'm working next to it
There’s a reasonable extension kit to pull it to the side.
Heyy i saw tht video too@@watosmate8935
Remember your safety glasses/goggles when using your air line to blow dust about, you are going to end up with shit in your eye.
Nice compressor and kits James.
Mick likes Hack #6, the one where he inflates his date with it. 😲😲
Great tips, I’ve written them down and passed them on to the wife. 😊
I hope they paid you well because you sold your soul and your reputation.
Nice One James separating buckets will come in handy👍 always air line out tractor cabs Thanks again
Would this be useful for pushing dead skin and other dirt that gathers in the windings of bass strings, so we make them sound fresh again?
Bass strings are now £30+ for a new set.
Guitar strings?!?!
@@DocDuko Naw, not guitar strings, bass strings. I just had to pay £33 for a new set of strings and I used to think that paying £22 was bad enough....
@@SDRockman LOL I read bass as "Brass" that's what threw me off. Yeah, between cost and shipping from US, that sounds about right unfortunately. Steel wool, rubbing alcohol, and napkins might be able to help.
This isn't hacks!!! It's blatant paid advertising!!!
@@fitzwilly7132 Do you get paid to do your job? Oh cool… Same here 👍🏼😂
Air Hammer is fantastic for taking of flywheels
Great hacks.
The biggest hack you missed is the regulator is restricting you air flow connect your air line to the inspection port of the air receiver with 1/2" connections and 13mm hose to the regulator you will be surprised how much better your tools run . Also i got some ride on mower wheels i would like you to try to take off with a air hammer as my 50ton ram will not move them .
Good tips but as someone that has bought and used SGS tools (not the compressor and storage, it's worth noting that the quality is garbage. Their branding is good, but the air tools might are equal to the cheapest of tools. - Buy cheap, buy twice
I wouldn't typically comment on anything but people should be aware of this brand.
Some useful tips there.👍 Not sure where all these compressors are made but there's a whole host of them around that look virtually identical apart from different badging. I bought a Proline 25litre around 17 years ago which I've just replaced with an Airmaster. Very useful tools and wouldn't be without one. Pressure brake system bleeding has saved me loads of faff in the past. Also DIY rust proofing/undersealing etc. I have to say good quality cordless tools like Milwaukee impact wrenches, drills, grinders etc have the edge though IMO with performance to match plus full portability. They're not particularly cheap though!
Unblocking full manhole trap, A bit of overflow pipe long enough to get to bottom of trap. A couple of blasts, Poo everywher but it's unblocked LOL
Ha excellent man ,your female assistant announcing the countdown sounds very attractive!!! Like especially the fuel/liquid pump. One of those why didn't I think of that....
I'd be lost without my 25ltr SGS compressor. Great hacks which i will remember. I'm going to check that 71 piece Air Tool Kit. Great demo.
Wouldn't be the first time I took a blower to the van, the inside of my van has it's own eco system now haha
I wandered which story you were telling me them… keep it trimmed in there mate and you could do a video on “premier grass car mats”
Some great tips mate I have a sgs compressor. Good bit of kit had it over 3 year with no issues great video 👍
What an absolutely brilliant video! Thank you!
The bucket and fuel removal. Thank you. When I'm finished. I dust out my garage, concentrate on corners and hard to reach areas.
Remember your safety equipment, Ear And Eye Protection
Tornador brand vortex style air gun to detail the car is amazing.
air attachment tool which can peel of the metals welded together
I am shocked at how bad this really is.
I miss mine
150 litre 3 phase jobbie
It was massive and made not much noise because I was worse and bought the rubber feet 🤣
You can’t beat a good big compressor! The more air the better 👌🏽
Thanks James. Yes looks good. When are you giving away those gilets?
Haha, we might one day! Haha.
Hack 2 and3 never seen that before
Once you get the wheel off, file the edge of the shaft so that you don't wind up with a mushroom end next time.
You don’t get mushrooms this way, this is how you avoid that compared with a hammer 👍🏼
Few nice tips there James,
How load is it ?
Nice James mate...
Thanks Mick! Hope all is well 👍🏼
Nice. very handy to know 👍🏻
Thanks Greg mate, hope you are well 👍🏼
More tips and tricks then hacks

re filling air into an aerosol (that has stuff left inside but no propellant) is a good one
