I’ve recently got an Air Compressor which is similar and never thought of trying the chemical gun as you’ve demonstrated. I’ve already filled it for tomorrow 😂😂 great video.

Great video again :) I wish you all the success in your new detailing studio It brilliant when you find a bit of new kit or product that make cleaning even more satisfying. Good luck :)
Another very slick review from the Epic detailing emporium. I have a word of advice, and as someone who has been around compressors for a fair few years, I would advise ear defenders and protecive eye wear. Great video Dave
Thank Kevin, Yeah I 100% agree with you. And in the real world i do use defenders but for the video I didn't want a backlash of comment saying I looked some sort of "Car Cleaning craig David 😂"
What an awesome bit of kit. And love the studio. Cleaning the interior with the grease cannon looks inspired. Saves time faffing around with an ik sprayer. Well done
I regret getting the hyundai 24L quiet compressor over the 50L. The motor is really quiet, to the point where i was running it in the house where my wife commented that it was barely louder than the our shark vacuum cleaner. But for £140 with the bundled tools, I was impressed with the value. Full chat on the air blower causes the motor to kick in after about 10 seconds, but I have managed to use the bundled gun to hammerite the railings and outdoor garden furniture. I just have to be mindful and patient that I'm going to have a low duty cycle. If I were to upgrade, I'd probably be looking at the 100L 1500W just so that I have spare capacity
Great video and the Compressor looks ideal for detailing. You could add a pneumatic impact driver for taking of the wheels when ceramic coating them. We use a genuine TORNADOR BLACK Z-020RS CAR CLEANING GUN and it’s does an amazing job on a high CFM compressor. We even tried the vac attachment for the Tornador as well. Have you thought of adding some Quickjacks to the new detailing bay in the future. Makes it so easy to remove wheels and saves your back whilst working on the lower sections.
hey mate we are in deep connection. I'm at my starting point with my detailing mobile setup and i took an Ava (know and see you are a big fan) and an italian FIAC WX3650 compressor with the same technical specs more or less: 3HP, 50 lt, airflow 360 lt/min, 2,2 Kw, 10 bar (and i paid it 275 euros cause it was last model in the shop exposition). Finally you can use the Tornador and let me know how it works with it, cause I suppose with that air flow it doesn t matter the air tank is just a 50 liters (everyone here told me I need a 100 liters to use well the Tornador... ). Don't forget the duty cycle: these kind of compressor need a 50:50 work/off most of the times. Very good upgrade!!! Hope mine will be good the same
@@epicautomotivedetailing i ordered my Tornador Black-20 (we dont have the 30 max in Europe, i don t know why) just today 🤣. Hello Dave from Australia🙃 Mate.. Stay away from aftermarket tinted windows with compressed air, one tiny hole or lose edge and the air will lift up a big bit piece of film.
@@epicautomotivedetailing Not a problem Dave and if I could throw another 2 cents worth in - Compressor's have a duty cycle and if it kicks back in while your using just stop and wait for it to refill and them carry on again😎
Love the idea with he chemical in the gun however with the air spray nozzle I can’t help think it would just blow it elsewhere in the car, potentially an area you’ve already cleaned. Maybe I’m wrong but that’s why I’ve never used mine.
Unbelievable!!! I’ve had a 50 litre compressor with those attachments for 3 years and only ever use it for pumping up tyres😂😂. Not anymore, I’ve got a new detailing toy!!!!
I bought this prior to the pandemic. It's a great bit of kit but its loud. REALLY loud. And apparently 135 quid more than it was. And it turning itself on it happens a lot as youget thru 50L relay quick when using it as an air gun. It will also happen at the most inopportune moment causing you to jump out of your skin. Great thing to do if you are doing an interior is to blow out the whole thing, everything, before you vacuum. Wear a mask/eyewear as you'll be amazed what shoots out of your carpet. Sounds counter intuitive but works.

0:51 Bit late to the party but CFM is one of the worst measurements out there. If you are going to get one how ever much air you need multiply by 5 at least. This is because if you empty your tank your going to get alot less PSI sometimes as much as a 1/4 of what the specs say. Remember the spec are based of what is in the tank. Yes this moddle will run a grinder or air hammer but not for long. The only time you dont need to worry so much is if your using the tool for seconds then a pause then seconds again. For example a tornador you don't hold the trigger down for minutes.
