I sold my Tesla using Keysavvy last month. It was a little unsettling....but it worked out well. It took 2 days longer then quoted to close the deal AFTER the car left me. But, I'd do it again. They handle everything on both ends of the deal AND the buyer gets the tax credit.
Thank you for this video. As a title clerk/all-around guy at the dealership I work at I'm trying to look into options that can help accomodate sales to customers that may not necessarily have the cash in full to purchase a vehicle and need to utilize a credit card or their own financing options as we currently don't offer financing. This video has definitely helped!
Keysavvy support was able to answer all my questions on the phone, when I went to go purchase a car I called them Friday to try and verify everything and they were a little bit slower to answer, didn't have to wait more then 20 minutes to get through though.
Thanks for the video. I’m looking at buying one. Did you hear from the buyer that he got his title yet? Seems to be a much smoother process for the buyer
@send2dwight then you’d give keysavvy the lender info and they would handle it with a small fee I think. For paying off the remaining balance of your loan
Are you the first owner of the car because I heard if you were the second owner not counting the dealer it wouldn’t qualify for the used car 4k credit???

Yea nice that it worked out , like I said, felt too good to be true
I would be nervous handing over the car, mailing the title, all before receiving any money.
It is very nerve racking.

I’m glad I could help! Definitely an interesting process.
You should never mail anything that matters via USPS. They are extremely slow and irresponsible. Fedex is the best option always IMO. Great video!
Thanks for the compliment !

Glad to hear someone was about to get to you eventually
Never use USPS!
I’ve learned the hard way unfortunately

Yea he’s all set. Got my title and everything
Great video and review, dude! Do you think it would have been a better experience If you had not owned the title?
Well, if I didn’t own the title then would I be selling the car?
@@HDBnB1 🤦🏾♂️of course… I mean if the car was NOT paid off and had a lien

Thanks for watching!

I was the first owner yea
More of the stort? NEVER use USPS to mail important documents. NEVER
Agreed
When I heard you chose USPS at the beginning of the video I already know how it going to end.
@tango4652 I usually don’t have issues with them!
USPS lost my mail from Boston to NJ 3+ hours away.
That is very alarming by but not surprising to hear
I wouldn't turn over the car till the money transferred
Right but thats not how their process works
They only wait for the buyer’s payment to go through to hand over the vehicle. Not the payout to the seller.
Thanks for the video. What year and miles?
2019 model 3
Is there no way to hand the title over physically instead of mailing?
No key savvy wants your title in order to process this
14k for a 19 model 3 🔥
Great deal!
@1:32 "at least 2 - 5 years old'' where does the max of 5 come from?
If you read the tax credit guidelines it says what the max age of car can be
@@HDBnB1 so strange - they show cars on this list 10 years old: www.fueleconomy.gov/feg/taxused.shtml
