Presenting you the Matka Dosa where the tandoori gravy made from sauces and exotic vegetables is served inside a matka and then cone shaped dosa goes in the matka. Damn, Dosa with Mayo, Ketchup, Paneer, Cheese and loads of Butter, this is more of a Matka Pizza than a Dosa.

For those of you who haven't been to southern India : NO, this is not the kind of dosa that's made there. And dosa is supposed to be a healthy breakfast item. This on the other hand is the exact opposite.

First of all, Dosa is not all about Butter, Cheese and Sauce taste. It is about the batter taste and crispiness of the Dosa. This person is obsessed with Butter, Cheese and Sauce. Trust me, you cannot feel the real taste of a Dosa if you are eating something like that. And this much level of Butter, Cheese and Sauce is sufficient for BP and Sugar.
None of those three have much sugar in them so no they won't make you diabetic. Blood pressure maybe if your eat this five times a day.

Every dosa shop I've been to in mumbai overloads it with cheese, butter and spices. It is fun to experiment once in a while but I often missed the simpler south Indian dosas while there.

Bro come to South India here we have proper dosa's and we can make you feel what the real dosa is we don't put tons of cheese and butter and sauces and Mayo , we cook proper traditional style dosa perfectly

When I lived in Karnataka, my friend's mother taught me how to make dosa even without oil. She explained that dosas at shops are just fancy to look at and not meant to fill stomach.

The idea of matka is taken from champaran meat or chicken, a famous cuisine of Bihar. All the cheese and sauce is italian, gravy is Punjabi and dosa of southern origin. Together he made khichdi of all styles.
One dosa cost is approximately 1250rs + GST...
That pot is free. After having your dosa, you can take that pot and keep it forever..

Dosas are made with Mustard/coconut oil not butter/cheese
Dosas are traditionally made with gingelly/sesame oil.
