I remember eating this only twice a year, this was 15 years ago. We use to live 10 mins away from this place and mum use to take a steel container for a take away order. Even the pav given with the bhaji use to be dripping with butter ..

As a medical professional, i recommend this to anyone who wants to rest for eternity.
It's butter pav bhaji and honestly Sardar is the only outlet in whole of India who really can create the best pav bhaji in India and yes they use butter a little more but that's how it has to be made. As someone who's lived in Mumbai for 7 years and has been to most of the past bhai street stalls from virar to churchcgate and chowpatti and borimollah, this is not normal even for mumbai standards. Pav bhai does have lot of butter when made on the street, but this is too much. Usually expect like a 1x1 or 2x2 inch cube of butter in that much bhaji
