    Vitamin C, Niacin/Vitamin B3, Iron, Vitamin E, Vitamin B6 & Magnesium. So I was taking Niacin and B6 for high cholesterol just to find out it's good for circulation too. I take a magnesium supplement and it's healing my heel spurs. Ginger, garlic, and tumeric are good too. Thank you much

    I'm surprised beetroot powder, or nitric oxide wasn't mentioned. It does wonders for blood flow and circulation. If I'm not mistaken that discovery led to 2 gentlemen winning the Nobel prize, if I'm remembering correctly. But research it yourself, I'm a huge believer in it. Great video, took notes, loved it

      I'm nervous about recommendations of Upping Nitric oXide! We were inhaling it in an Industrial eXposure to Pulp Mill Emissions! I learned it's a first cousin to Nitrous oxide anesthesia that impairs absorption of cellular B12! It's also related to Nitrate Fertilizer of which were ingesting too much by Eating Conventionally grown vegetables, that drive Inflammation in the body!     Tried all sorts of different 'online' remedies/advice to stop night cramps. Invested in flax linen bedding for other reasons and miraculously its virtually stopped it, just feel a bit when I'm waking up, but it certainly doesn't make me jump out of bed any more. Have peripheral artery disease and am doing the suggested minimum 30 mins exercise, 3 days a week (walking) which is slowly but surely improving the condition.

    Very helpful for my feet and leg muscles strength. Wis some solution for human thermstat malfunctioning causing overheating of scalp and body requiring coconut oil as coolant.
