Also please please look out for your health and do not let the stress consume you. i am currently doing my masters program and i stressed myself so much out that i developed a peripheral facial palsy. luckily i won't have any long lasting symptoms but it could have gone much worse.
so listen to your body ! and as much as we perceive breaks as "wasting time" they are soooo important in the long run.
you need to rest and you deserve to rest ❤

Vee, phone vlogs are perfectly fine to me. Doing a PhD is difficult and a lot of work. Doing a PhD is equivalent to a full-time job. Shopping where I live in Canada is expensive. Sometimes I spend over $200 or even $300 on groceries. Even buying clothes and shoes are expensive and cost over $100. Buying one small hot chocolate at Starbucks costs over $6.00.
Okay I think this is a sign for me to listen to you all .. I guess phone vlogs have the green light 🥳🎉. And honestly everything is super expensive these days! It’s crazy 😢. And you’re absolutely right doing a PhD is a full time job in itself!! 😭💛
A PhD can be so difficult. When I did mine, a supervisor passed on some helpful words.
In her view, yes, you become a doctor in philosophy. Not because philosophy is to do with knowledge. But in the other meaning of being philosophical, to push through disappointment or difficulties.
Always goes without saying, but taking a proper break for a couple of days annoyingly fixes things

Just a general reminder to you, my sister: God has not left you and when things around us seem to be going in opposition to our desired outcomes, It's just even more reason for us to draw closer to him and to pick up the word of God and allow it to remind us that the sufferings of this present time are not to be compared to the glory which shall be revealed in us (Romans 8:18). Our hope is not in life on this earth or in our accomplishments on this earth because we can take none of them with us. Our hope is spending eternity with the king of glory and being at his side as he gives us the life that we were intended to have from the very beginning before sin ever entered this world. Lean on God, if he can make the mountains to stand firm through generations, how much more can he get you through a PhD program with the utterance of his word ? Don't forget that my sister, may God bless you and keep you may his face shine upon you and may he give you peace. Amen.
