In support of electric train testing, there will be no train service between San Jose and San Francisco on June 8 & 9.
The new EMU train sets are seen operating along the entire corridor from San Francisco to San Jose today (June 8th), mocking a full day service. These trains do sound great when they accelerate, right?

Maybe convert them to Christmas Train service? Use them for moving trains or short shunting services?

Or Maybe they can use them to provide electric power on the Gilroy train sets while using the electric section of the line while still having a diesel engine to provide diesel power on the non electric parts of the line.

You will always while new equipment is in testing phase.once they are getting prepped for regular service, the wheel sets get resolved.
