    Well done. Classic craftsman work. Hard to find shops in Germany, that do such things for you, if you don't have a proper lathe in your garage. Face runout is better than a from a new disc.

    Nice.
    Would have liked a comment on the root radii where disc meets cone & wondering why paint the mounting surface?
    Also, is there any point in balancing these discs?

      I did miss a few details out, I painted the face to stop rust, but I think the disks are stainless steel anyway so wasn't really needed. I didn't balance the discs, but balanced the wheel with the disks on.

    Hi. Great, informative video.
    So I’ve just been quoted £550 to have two solid discs from an XS650 skimmed like yours and drilled 112 holes each. I understand the level of time and skill involved however unfortunately I’ve had to say no at that price. ☹️

    Looks like Suzuki-discs as far as I can see.
