When you machining the rotors, you suppose to put a rubber band on the outer diameter of where the brake pads are touching against the surface to reduce the chattering.
I would use those rotors on a farm vehicle. No way would those be safe to use above 10 mph. And sad to see hard workers inhaling toxic paint and casting fumes

I need to know what brand this is so i never order one by accident. forging discs like this is a horrible idea, you mix various types af alloys with random heat resistances and hope it doesn't just crack or shatter during braking....
You know nothing about the quality, you only got the shape . But what's the micro structure inside . Is there any crake or pin holes?And what is the type of graphite?

Steel shrinks as it cools, so you need to factor that in when designing a mold. You can't just use the old part to create the mold.
That’s why those autozone rotors fit funny!
