E85 absolutely does add power to these cars. About 30 hp. The LT1 is a high compression engine. The higher compression, the more of a difference it makes.
E85 is probably the best mod you can do to this car outside of Forced Induction. I’d do it if I still didn’t have 3 more years left on my Warranty

Just watched a video with a 6gen on e85. The guy gain 18hp from 91oct to a 50% mix. That's what I have seen from all the videos. Still, a h.p gain from just fuel
Am I able to run E85 alone with the DSX Flex Fuel Kit or do I have to get supporting mods like injectors, upgraded fuel pump etc in order for me to run E85?

I did the 93 Diablo tune and turned all the fuel settings up and it's reading 14 63 AFR down to 10.5

Gotta remkve the weak half of the engine, aka the AFM, 4 weak lifters and cam to get over 500 wheel and be safe.

Gotta call ya out buddy you aint pushing 600hp with them mods. Maybe 520hp. Unless your running it extremely lean. Unless you know how to pull around supercharger numbers without one.

Humidity and weather can effect numbers on a day. A dyno is just a measuring tool.
For me personally adding smart active wing was one of the best decisions I have made.

Go get nitrous set up and add up to 400 HP headers and water meth another 40 HP the ported throdel body do your self it's easy

600 crank with mild mods??? Nope! You have to cam and head port with headers to get that. Show some documented dyno charts with this current setup and you’d be sorely disappointed.
He said 490 to the wheels which is attainable with just bolt ons. Crank horsepower is hard to measure but whp is usually about 15% less than crank. So to get 490 to the wheels would be around 575 to the crank. He is off, but not by much

Dont add a CAI, they dont add power. Also, You have to replace the lifters tied to the AFM, and the cam so its NOT affordable..
get a manual. Then you don't have afm

I'm not detonating and my AFR is okay do I need a tune? Why am I getting lean codes if my AFR is 14.63 IDLE to 10/10.5 WOT
With just a cold air, headers and tune mines at idle is 15.5

E85 doesn’t add horsepower man it only allows you to tune the engine and timing curve or retarding of the time that’s it no horsepower is gained by running E85
You seem to know what your talking about. I got a 6th gen and want to supercharge it im thinking Whipple or Magnuson bc they come with all the components needed to make it reliable. I got 15k miles 2 ss fifty edition. Any knowledge on this subject? What this kid did in this video is full of shit. He may have got 70hp tops with these air intake upgrades. That's it.

Lol a bolt on procharger kit if the same price is way better than all of your mods put together and doesn’t require major engine upgrades like you claim to out preform all of your auto zone mods and actually put down an additional 150 plus hp to the wheel easily safely
And most kits offered through performance shops offer a tune with the kit, imagine tuning the car without some sort of forced induction it’s a complete waste of money stick to computer games you clearly don’t know squat about real cars

Yep..engine masters proved it!! No fuel no matter what octane added hp except E85..all the others just allowed more timing without detonation..it added like 30 hp..
E85 has oxygen in it and a engine is nothing more than a air pump...the more air the more power!
