Seen a little trick on KSR Performance channel. He aligns his race cars on two pieces of thin plate steel with a small amount of grease smeared between the plates. This way he doesn't have to roll his cars back and forth between adjustments.
My plates used to have a base plate that let them slide about on top off but they rusted so bad I binned them and kept the round bits. That Kevin from ksr is a man who likes the details just don’t get in front of him in a crown vic lol
