It's about PHUCKING TIME...............I've had great Experience with your Ford and GM heads.......But the Deck is not the issue with big Boost #s on the G3, it's the crappy 4 bolts per cylinder those two upper 8mm bolts on top of the Lifter "pocket" are not doing anything other then keeping oil from seeping out..... Again THANK YOU I"VE BEEN EMAILING YOU GUYS OFF AND ON Since last January about these heads.
I'll be interested when you use a 2.25" valve / 440cfm or 2.30" valve / 480 cfm at .700 lift. Thanks for making a head that matches a ten year old Thitek head but I was really hoping for something much better from AFR.
@@sleepychallenger Please post or a link to the data. Thitek claims 100cfm over stock with a 2.165" Intake which is what AFR also claims and Thitek's can be ordered with 2.20" int. AFR"s flow especially well at low lift but their test was run with a 4.38" bore...not realistic.
How about posting what they can flow with a bore that can actually fit in a hemi block? These numbers are meaningless and just posted to inflate sales.
You should make a "hot V" reverse flow head for turbo packaging :)
These things look badass! 💪
Can wait to get me a set
So who designed the ports in these heads, curious

It flows better than a thitek head actually and their lead time is less than a year. Still better than an edelbrock too.

@@brianshawsrthitek basically own the hemi platform when it comes to heads only thing AFR can best them at is price
@@sleepychallengerwhere is your data to back up the hose claims
Flow numbers arent everything theres more to choosing a head for sure.
sweet
3/4" decks. About as thick as a deck of cards!
Are these heads only for hellcats or can i put the 224 on my 392 scat.
You could but the intake manifold bolt patterns different
How come I can't find any? Have they ever been available?
HHP has some for sale
@@ColdBalls991 Yes I 've seen them. No way I'd pay that for their heads when you can get Thitech's around half the price as the MMX heads.
Those are Hemi heads , you shouldn't have any difficulty getting at least 400cfm on the intake side .
ONLY .600 LIFT😂😂 COME ON GUYS
