DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA - 2 cars caught fire during a street takeover near downtown. LAFD could not get to fire due to crowd of about 400. LAFD called for backup during the incident, they were able to put water on the adjacent building to save it from catching fire. LAPD was in the area to move the crowd.
