- Prosecutors are reviewing new evidence in the case of Erik and Lyle Menendez to determine whether they should be serving life sentences for killing their parents more than 35 years, but what do the brothers have to say? What are the possible outcomes? What about the new Netflix show? Menendez brothers' attorney Mark Geragos breaks it all down.
The Netflix show may be called Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menendez Story, but I think we can all agree the real monsters were Jose and Kitty Menendez
Set them free!! They deserved better than what they got. They are the real victims! Set them free!! They had a sorry as jury and a sorry ass judge.
I am hearing that they will be out by the end of this year, 100%. Everyone in LA is talking about this. They will be driven back to Court in DTLA and they will be out on time served. It’s wonderful.

If there is proof of planning 2 murders then how is it self-defense? I really dont know what justifies killing their mom.
They felt trapped and threatened. Because of their father’s constant abuse and threats they truly believed he was out to kill them no matter if they ran away or not and their mother would helped their father. She was far from innocent and they saw her as their father’s equal in the end. She had allowed the abuse and had abused them herself.
Inevitably, the depraved father was going to attack his sons again and the boys feared for their lives. They had an escape plan to save themselves.
What kind of mother lets her sons be tortured by their father?
There isn't.. this is all BS as usual. Once someone does a series on tv they use it like it's some factual evidence. WOO LET OUT THE CROOKS. morons!
Happy to hear that they will recieve justice after being a persecuted prosecuted and sentenced victims.

Gipsy Rose is out. The brothers also deserve a chance at freedom with their families.
Their old man must have been a big freak, if the written letters between family members have been accepted as evidence.
The movie, though they didn’t like it, served them well: brought attention to the case and their characters were very sympathetic in the movie.
Hope they get released!

You can’t murder your parents because they sexually abused you. That’s murder. And where is the proof? And they were having a jolly old time spending their parents money after they murdered them, without a care in the world.

Well…they gave the case to the District Attorney Gascon and he will make a decision, BUT I believe that is conflict of interest. Gascon is Cuban born, the Menendez’ brothers are Cuban descent, as their father is Cuban born. Red flag here. Lots of people or most, don’t know this important info. I hope if they aren’t guilty they can see freedom, but still there’s conflict of interest. Maybe they need to give this case to another attorney for decision. My opinion!
I don‘t think so at all. He is an educated guy and I am sure that out of the 300 persons they have had resentenced in the past some of them have been Cubans or at least Latinos. He will make un unbiased decision.
