Really enjoying it so far but a fair share of glitches are a shame. As for riding the yo-yo I would like an option to hold the trigger to ride and release to jump off
I was thinking that too about the controls, they might just be hard to master. I haven't really run into any glitches so far but also I've only played for a couple of hours
Ayo i ain't gon' take the Skylanders slander like that. A series where stuff happens like a big villain who is a man with an upside down red pepper for a head who fights with a double egg whisk and owns a battleship zeppelin kitchen, doesn't deserve to be written off as having a boring generic fantasy style. Even though i see how that's largely true for the first two games. That and I miss that wonderful series. Style comparisons aside though, It's good to be hearing good first impressions on P'sBB so far. Character designs and environments seem to be inspired by toys and that music is indeed surprisingly funky based on what you shared so far. The temporary powerups like that wrecking ball remind me of the Combat Fatigues of Rayman 3. Here's to hoping it will become more known (alongside other games). Thank you for the video.
Tbh I haven't even played Skylanders, I was just put off by it because it was such a major departure from the original Spyro trilogy that I love so much. Thanks for watching!
@@rrsidentfrickhoeThe level design in my opinion is excellent, if you understand that the levels are built around the combo mechanic and encourage you to keep your combo throughout the level by maintaining momentum and doing tricks
Visually, everything about this game screamed familiarity. When you said it was made by the Sonic Mania team, it all clicked
It's no surprise that the music is good. The developers of this game are Sonic fans at heart. so they know how to make good music
Of course tee lopes can make good music

played this myself. and i say it's fun to play
I'm enjoying so far. Controls seem a bit finicky to me, but maybe I'll get used to it. Glitches are annoying but I love the mechanics of the yo-yo.

Awesome game, better than expected.
This is also available on PS5 and XSX/S.
This came out!?!? Have to check it out
Just got it today and I love it
Great taste!
Still on the fence about picking it up.
Yeah, I forgot to mention the price but $30 does seem a little steep. Might want to wait for a small sale
@@ContentFreeTime Thank you very much appreciated brother
I'm really not liking it, buggy and its frustrating. 2/5
Hate this game. Got a refund on it. Penny controls excellent, but the art design and level design is horrendous
Can you elaborate?
That's a shame. A lot of people are saying the level design is awful. Could you explain why?
