👍 very fun r.c. find. Sticker removal issues, try using a hair dryer for warming the glue. Keep all those wheels on the ground while they're patrolling.
You Did Good. 👍🏼 I really like the end result on that ATV (All Terrain Viper ;) I think a Viper team should man that ride & let regular troops pound sand, they need the exercise. Unlike the VAMP vehicle, yours has a full canopy to displace the shell casings coming off the guns. Clutch better keep his helmet on during combat missions in his vehicle. He will take a shower during rain as well. 😆 I’d like to see a large Cobra emblem on that top of your custom, just to make it pop a bit more..They are never afraid to advertise. Coooooobrrraaa!!!
It's basically Cobra's version of the A.W.E. Striker. I like your idea, but I would have painted it a midnight blue or matched the old school Rattler's and Cobra choppers from back in the day. I think stenciling some serial numbers on it and putting larger cobra stickers on it would have made it look better.
Lighter fluid is great for removing the glue of stickers, soak the area then wait 1 or 2 minutes then use pliers or a knife, if the sticker is a stubborn one rinse & repeat.
@@209edd Well your response confirm my gut felling for not writing a disclaimer (you know what you are doing, so you will do ok). 😁 Seriously, lighter fluid not only work on stickers, great for any type of restoration projects... removing old tapes, price tags, deep cleans action figures/play set/vehicles boxes and the good thing it evaporates leaving no residue.
There's this stuff called Goo Gone. It's not as hazardous as lighter fluid or acetone. Just peel off as much sticker as you can and then put some Goo Gone on what's left. Let is sit for a few minutes and just wipe it off.
I’m with you on the way hasbro does the collectors, the recent tiger force atv was a joke. The time frame for us to get them was so short that they sold out immediately. And also their ferret that was up no time. I refuse to pay scalper prices for vehicles I will be ordering a couple of these and start customization. Thanks for sharing this.
I've been buying the cheaper version of these and modding them but you did a better job than me. I wound up mounting the body to a different chassis and now it does 25mph and i cut out a lot more of the seat and added a foot well to keep their feet out of the workings. Also I know that sticker hell.
New Bright has a 1/8 scale four seater at Sam's Club right now that is 80 bucks and looks to be almost the size of the Vanguard. You could easily mount a gun turret in the rear, with room to stand a figure manning the gun, and still seat four. I just can't see how anyone can defend Hasbro, Super7, or some of these for their vehicles when New Bright is putting out operable RCs in the appropriate scale for a third of the cost of a static figure vehicle. Even the Vanguard, while clearly there's more sculpt and accessories than these RCs, but like, motors aren't nothing. Vala being a small producer, i can kind of offer him a pass, but like... come on. It's still plastic, it's the same "top, middle, bottom" construction...
I love seeing custom work like this. You did a great job, and it looks battle ready!
Yeah, I bought this vehicle I monitored myself. I think it came up awesome. Mine is green army green.
Good to hear, I think the next one I do will be a Joe variant, and it will be olive drab with a different load-out. Thanks for watching

Thanks for watching… I do have another, so might change it up

Came out great Sir! Can’t believe the price!
Excellent. Fits perfectly with the classified aesthetic. I must say I have also used gridiron and never had any problems.
nice work, good idea - concept.
the weapons are a def +
I especially like the background.
good show bro.

Thanks for watching!
How about the Cobra Venom Trakker? Just a thought. Customs have come a long way. Looks great!
I Like it!
It does look great
When the battery dies during retreat, he can Fred Flintstone his way out of the battle.
lol for sure
It's 4/5th of the way to being a Gi Joe Badger it seems.
Looks great! What gauge tubing and what length did you trim it to?
Yikes been a while … my old brain forgets .. I’ll go back n look
How did you get that animated video of CC in the background?
And where did you buy those attachments for the weaponry?
That’s just an old iPhone in the background playing some clips and I used gridiron studios weapons and weapon mounts for it
where did you get those background prints
It’s a company called extreme sets
Does iron grenadiers sell the hard points to
Gridiron does sell the hard points for the weapons systems.. but you’ll need to modify them to fit
Great thank you
LRRS bro
