- In this video, I perform a quick repair on a Dewalt FlexVolt 6Ah battery that was only charging to one bar. Upon inspection, I discovered a broken connection in one of the nickel strip connections at the top of the battery. Using a soldering iron, I quickly resoldered the connection, restoring the battery to full functionality.
