They are asking 4 million pesos/$70,559. Our average bills in the house were 1800 pesos!$32 electric and 268 pesos/$4.73 water. Internet depends on your needs. Thank you so much for watching 🙂

They are not planning to furnish, but there are many places you can find that are furnished. Thanks for watching🙂
