    My mom did your exercises for 3 months and she lost 4kg. She was soooo sad. It made her cry because she thought something was wrong. She didn't think that your exercises can make her lose weight. *face palm*

    Even though I don’t understand Korean, I can tell you all are having fun throughout this whole thing, which made it so enjoyable to do! I felt like I was exercising with my friends.

    I love that many of these videos have relatively low-impact exercises and I can do it with a recovering back injury without straining myself too much.. Love the content on this channel, thank you for what you do! It's so hard to find this anywhere else! I'm not into the HIIT workouts and such that are popular.

    Been doing your 10/30/40 minute workouts 5 times a week since quarantined and my body is transforming.. All the burpees, mountain climbers, squats, sumo, leg lifts have toned my hips and thighs. This routine was fun and enjoyed watching Dave being tortured, lol.

    Just did this and am surprised that even though easy, I am sweating buckets! It is nice to see that Louis also was sweating a lot too. I am in good company. Also how is James getting younger?

      I use weighted gloves and ankle weights for these walking videos. Adds more of a challenge!

    i would like a workout with less squats! they are hurting my knees :( more core, less knees please! love you guys

      If squats are hurting your knees, it might mean that you don't do them correctly. You must do it like you are sitting down on a chair, but you must not go down and put your weight on your knees, but instead push your butt more backwards. Maybe you can look it up on TH-cam for a better explanation of the right position. If not, you are hurting your knees by putting all your weight on them, instead of working your leg and butt muscles.

      You have to see if your doing the proper form of squat... its not normal that the knees hurt when doing them.... or maybe you have some injury in your knees...

      if you do not have a knee injury, you might be doing it wrong. do not let your knees go past your toes and squeeze your glutes when you stand. use your glutes to bring yourself up instead of your knees.

    Done! Wow. All the sweat today. Y'all seriously surprised me with this workout. I had just finished 21 minutes of tabata workouts with AllBlancTV only to get a notification that 21 minutes before (exactly when I started) this video had been uploaded. Of course that meant that I had to extend my workout to include this one. I LOVED it! Thank you SO much for the surprise of this upload. I was expecting it later in the week after reading your update from yesterday. Y'all rock!

      How many Times on the week you do this did you also have a diet? Did you have the same workout every day?

      rebelus6 I work out 4 - 5 times a week and do the home walking videos for about an hour. I do different ones each day because some of them are harder then the other. No diet just clean eating 😊 I started of slowly by taking out soda then fast food, junk food and so on. I still allow myself to eat something if I want it just in moderation.

    First time doing any of your workouts. Looked easy but omg! Great pace but hard workout. Really enjoyed it. Loved that the guys were tired too. It made you feel like we were all in it together.     I really liked this workout because it’s 45 seconds per move instead of 1 min! For those wondering, I burned 200 active cals and 250 total cal for this! Amazing!

    It’s just an idea >_< as many are quarantined, you could do an exercise video with objects from your home that replace gym equipment. for example: broom handle, bed or sofa, bags of rice and beans or gallons of water

    omg...this 30 min workout killed me.. I had to pause it like 3 times to regulate my breathing and heartbeat. so yeah this 30 min turned into a 45 to almost an hour workout.. no joke... but yeah..I will definitely continue this workout.     Sooo... I didn't work out long time... But I'm on my diet a I thought cardio work out can't be so hard... It looked easy... Big mistake... It took me only 12 minutes and I was done... But with my dedication it will took me week or two and I WILL work out through the whole video!!! Keep up good work... FIGHTING!!!

    Hey guys I really love your workout videos they help me a lot to do some sports these last months. But these days I have some „pain“ in my lower back.

    Could you do a workout to reduce lower back pain?

    Thanks for your amazing homewalking videos. Have consistently used many of them for the last 3 months and I have lost so much weight! However, I recently injured my left knee and feel sad that I might not be bale to train using your videos for a while. Here’s an idea, why don’t you create upper body workouts for people who injured their knees or even for those with lower body disabilities to easily follow and workout with? Hope it’s an idea you guys would look at! Thank!

    i started with a other workout and this is my 2nd one. there were WAY too many squats... fuck me, my legs are giving out lmao... did the whole 30min tho, so i'm kinda proud of myself

    I am not into cardio workout and I absolutely despise burpees but these 30 min home walking videos are as both challenging and fun. I am still able to finish most of them but I am drenched in sweats every single time haha
    I bursted out laughing when they admit this video is specially for the bottom when Dave said he rarely works out his legs =))))))

    I've been following your routines and they have been helping me get in shape. However, I have a complaint to make, you've very noisy, you speak too much. As I don't understand your language, I'm unable to follow you while you speak, and the transcriptions are not easy to follow because I have to focus on the routines. I love you but you speak a lot.
