Howard has sadly left us. For going to a retreat, search online for one. There are many around but be very careful who you do this with. Reputable places are usually more expensive but its generally worth it. I can recommend one or two places if you need

It’s a long plane ride to Peru any suggestion on ready materials prior to retreat ?
Maybe try a session with magic mushrooms or Peyote first .
