I just love to fly in the quarry. This videos are really something special and the planes looks so really filmed here. And its so thrilling to fly here. Its not easy to land here so we dont film all our planes here. But we will film there soon...
Oh that will be some fine good videos, i am sure! Thank you. If you are interested, if you have some day the time, look my video of my record flight with a toy drone ( Syma X-8G ) completely stock out of the box - flying over my home. If you will visit this video and perhaps leaving a comment, oh man that will make me very proud eh !!! here youtube link directly to the Vido: th-cam.com/video/xF6_JRs8J58/w-d-xo.html&lc=z225edy40wmahhtii04t1aokgqmpetjo41a4rxmnghlkrk0h00410 SALUT! And all the best to you - Cpt. Blaz` - your families, Krist and David!!! Frank
I just Click The grasy Button, and just Payed and, now My peatiful bush plane is trawellin to me on Finland.tanks for yuor inspiration for this hobby, you Boyz make best RC plane videos on The world.so fun and teachen asswell. Ei takka aal your videos, itse mind blowin good stuff hei.
It flies more naturally like this! Probably the coolest place to fly models! I’m just waiting for you guys to land a plane on that plateau on the far side and take off again over the edge; that would be really cool! And the Tundra would be the perfect plane for it. No Guts no Glory!
Oh yeah Andrew. We were waiting for this for such a long time. We must fly no matter what. And flying here is just perfect experience. Perfect... Cheers, Robert
I have probably watched 1/2 of all your videos. I'm addicted. This was by far your best video, best zooming, best scenery, and perhaps the best bush plane. I love the bush! My question to both of you is what would you recommend between two similar planes, the Avios Gran Tundra or the FMS 2000mm V2 Beaver?
Pilot Robert, that GT is sure a sweet flying airplane!!!Love the quarry, but can't wait to see it on floats and on your beautiful river Krka!! Cheers,Don
Love to watch you guys! Im in plains of texas. This time of year we have dirt and wind gusts of 60mph. Hard to fly out here now. I have apprentice 15e with s.a.f.e. Love to fly that plane! I have put led strips to fly at night because wind is less at night. Keep making videos...its funny and infomation? Prost!
Thanks David for such kind words. Like you said, its hard to have fun if the wind is just to strong. Its like that also here many times. But like you said in the evening it calms down. I also have Vinerva, night glider and I fly in total dark. I didnt have Apprentice in my hangar but that baby looks great. Maybe I will test one. Oh yeah... So stay well my friend, come back soon and I send you big salute to Texas from Slovenia. I love to listen ZZ Top. Oh yeah... Cheers my friend, Robert
The quarry makes for a dramatic backdrop and you are in effect flying in a basin, recovering a model from there could be quite difficult but it is a chance that you take, love the turns across those rocks and the Avios Tundra is in its natural environment with those big rugged wheels, well done in making another exciting video.
Oh yeah David, me too. Its such a great experience flying there. You never know what will happen. Be well my friend and greetings from Slovenia, Robert
Thanks River. I just love to fly here. Its such great experience. And this bird is just great. I love it... Big salute to you my friend and see you soon, Robert
You prolly dont give a shit but if you're stoned like me atm then you can stream pretty much all the new series on Instaflixxer. I've been binge watching with my girlfriend recently :)
Nice review gentlemen....the quarry has to be rough to fly in because of all the wind coming into that open space....it does make sense Capt Robert that the 6 cell battery would probably be a good choice there for the extra power you might need....nice video Capt Blaz....
Like you said Pilot Mike. But I love to fly here. Its such a great experience. But I wouldnt fly this baby anymore on 4S. Its just not fun and there is something missing. Oh yeah... Big salute to the boys from the Hill ans say Hi to Kevin if you see him. Greetings from Slovenia, Robert
Like you said Louis. I was just to fast this time and there is always some crazy wind up over the trees. But the bird survived and it was pure fun. Cheers my friend, Robert
You did well with the ducks. Like real. Electric or gasoline? I'm looking forward to the flight tests. Now seriously, the flying in the quarry is great.
Seems to me that it flies much better with 4S, more scale and slower, maybe because I prefer slower flying. Yes, with 6S you have more power and more crazy stuff can be done in flight, but for easy relaxing flying...4S is my favorite.
It was OK but I could sure use the power of 6S today. It was quite scary from time to time. But at the and I enjoyed every second of this flight. Oh yeah... Cheers my friend, Robert
Hi Pilot robert & Captain Blaz, I love your videos of our great hobby. The Avios Tundra is truely a nice plane. I have a request for you guys, Could you weigh the planes after assembly and so you can tell us the all include flying weight of the models. use a scale with a hook to hang the plane from the propeller, real easy to do and gives the viewers another extra information about the planes you fly. Thank you guys for the fun videos, information and entertainment! Jero, subscriber & fan :)
Thanks Jero for such kind words. We are really happy that you enjoy spending your time here with us. And we will weight the planes before flying. We have digital one but we just forget... Big salute to you my friend and see you soon, Robert
Another great video, But I can confirm that this can fly 3D and prop hang on 4s pretty easy as I have seen another guy on TH-cam do it and it was very impressive. I challenge you guys to get a 2nd tundra and fit a nitro engine to one because that would certainly be a first.
Well Keith Iam really wondering to hang this baby on a prop with 4S. For me it was like flying with only half throttle on 6S. But hey, that is why we buy this birds, to have fun. Oh yeah... And maybe we will put nitro engine on Tundra ;) Cheers, Robert
Phew. When I saw, 'Farewell Quarry Flight,' I was thinking, 'Oh NO,' it's had a disaster. It's great to see you have given over to Capt. Blaz for his lake flights but no doubt you are going to have such fun with the BushMule next.....
Oh yeah William. And I will tell you a little secret that I have done today maiden flight with BushMule here. It was great. And I really want for Captain Blaž to have fun also with Tundra. He just loves his little Tundra and this one will be even more fun... Cheers, robert
th-cam.com/video/ItE33QqgU60/w-d-xo.html And now to tell you guys why you make such a team, at 3:48 min. into the shoot is the proof and Captain Blaž shoots the proof that you sir Robert Petrinčič are as much the perfect Motor Mouth as Captain Blaž is the perfect Camera Operator / go look at the shot please / this is too good to be true to finally find the undisputable proof that you are gentlemen the best in the west on the east side of town And to say the least it is a pure pleasure to be entertained by your antics and knowledge
As you said Robert it wasn't the perfect landing, but it was pretty damn good considering where you are flying, I prefer 6s too, you can still fly scale but have the power when you need it.
Like you said B. Its just not good feeling flying with 4S. I was really wondering a few times what will happen. But it was fun and I love it. And now Captain Blaž will have fun with this baby. Oh yeah... Cheers my friend, Robert
You should have put the 4s prop on the plane. It makes a big difference power wise. I prefer flying 4s with this plane when I want to just fly and the 6s for stunt flying.
That is a very nice model ! It flys nice and scale on four cells. I want one ! Did you have to change the battery location very much as compared to the six cell in order to hit the G spot ? Salute Pilot Robert and Captain Blaz ! 🍺
Like you said U. And I had 3700mAh baterrie all the way to the front as far as I could get it and it was perfect G spot again. Oh yeah... Cheers, Robert
I am on the fence with this plane. If it were the same size as my Carbon Z Cessna, I think I would spring for it for sure. It does look fun especially with those big tires and landing gear. After watching flights on 4s and 6s, I feel like 4s is more than adequate and 6s is too much power. I honestly have more fun flying my Carbon Z Cessna on 4s than I do on 6s. Touch and go landings and scale flight is more fun to me than crazy acrobatics with high wing planes. I have a couple planes I have to finish, so I will keep an eye on this one for later on. Just do me a favor. Enjoy flying your Grand Tundra!
Oh yeah G, you will love it. I also have Cessna 150 but this is totaly different experience. And you can fly anywhere you want. With Cessna you must have a little better runway. But hey, this baby will be on sale someday and dont forget it. Cheers, Robert
Robert Petrinčič I’ll keep you posted as to my travel. Not sure how to send my private email to you via TH-cam. I am due into Vienna around the 14th June 2018, then to Trencianske Teplice in Slovakia. I have business in Czech Republic but after that I’m free to fly both real and model planes.regards, David
Yes, it's a very good choise for a scale rc like this, very good idea to fly at ! Like an Rc world with mountain, lake and plateau, and ducks of course :D Well done, gentlemen !
Oh yeah Norman. It would be crazy to chrash such a beautiful plane. But you risk that every time you go flying. But we all hope for the best all time. Cheers, Robert
Oh yeah David, you will love it. But I have done today maiden with BushMule and Iam really impressed by the performance of the plane. And it looks so good. Which ever you buy you will love it... Cheers, Robert
Some how, I missed this one. Don't care for the flashing landing lights, in reality, they don't flash. Why do they make such details, then muck it up? Nice plane. Good video and awesome flying all the way around.
Thanks R. Flying plane shere is really such a great and different experience. I love it. And this plane is just perfect. Be well my friend and see you soon, Robert
Oh yeah Cliff, Captain Blaž will now have fun with this baby. And Black Widow? It is still waiting to be fixed. But I will get to that soon... Cheers, Robert
Nice flight! The quarry walls makes it look like a real bush plane in the mountains and canyons. :-) Have you considered using a 5S battery? Are you guys using the Nikon COOLPIX P900 Camera? I have that camera because of the 83X (2000mm) zoom capability, the quality is good too and for the price, it's a great deal! BTW, Blaz, you do a very good job of filming!! Great video as always! :-)
Thanks T. I just love to fly here and this baby is perfect choice. It would be even better on 6S but this was also the 4S test. And I dont have any 5S baterrie in our hangar. We are using Sony camera for filming and Iam thinking of getting new one in 4K. Be well and greetings from Slovenia. See you soon, Robert
Like you said Matthew. This was just the test to see and I must say that I like 6S more. Its the same as with Cessna 150. You can fly the baby on 4S but why ;) 6S is just more fun. Oh yeah... Cheers my friend, Robert
Oh yeah C, but if you are following our channel you know that there is always a story first. This channel is not just flying planes but also to have fun and some small talk. Cheers, Robert

Hi Pilot robert & Captain Blaz, I love your videos of our great hobby. The Avios Tundra is truely a nice plane. We live in Kostanjevica na Krki in Slovenia and you are welcome to visit us... Cheers my friend, Robert
Robert Petrinčič I’ll keep you posted as to my travel. Not sure how to send my private email to you via TH-cam. Yes, it's a very good choise for a scale rc like this, very good idea to fly at ! Like an Rc world with mountain, lake and plateau, and ducks of course :D Well done, gentlemen !
Happy to know that the title of the vidoh did not mean disaster, but that "the plane will now have captain Blaž" ...!!!
Oh yeah Norman. It would be crazy to chrash such a beautiful plane. But you risk that every time you go flying. But we all hope for the best all time. Cheers, Robert
Nice flying it looks good flying around the quarry think my tundra needs a big brother now
Also what camera are you guy using it’s got an awesome zoom
Oh yeah David, you will love it. But I have done today maiden with BushMule and Iam really impressed by the performance of the plane. And it looks so good. Which ever you buy you will love it... Cheers, Robert
Some how, I missed this one. Don't care for the flashing landing lights, in reality, they don't flash. Why do they make such details, then muck it up? Nice plane. Good video and awesome flying all the way around.
Thanks R. Flying plane shere is really such a great and different experience. I love it. And this plane is just perfect. Be well my friend and see you soon, Robert
Many full size aircraft use flashing landing lights as recognition lights. It’s a very common thing, especially on bush planes.
Please make a video with the park zone stinson you will love this plane and the beaber they are amazing skale planes
Hey Kosta, I was watching that bird and maybe I will buy one to test it... Cheers, robert
Robert Petrinčič thanks for your answer
Hello Robert and Captain Blaz, how do I send you an engine? I will put some nice Dutch air in the box as well.
Hey J. You can contact Captain Blaž on facebook and he will tell you. Thanks my friend for stopping by and see you soon, Robert
Robert Petrinčič I contacted Captain Blaž. What is your favourite two stroke glow brand?
"Farewell"? 5s, best of both worlds.. What of your Black Widow?
Oh yeah Cliff, Captain Blaž will now have fun with this baby. And Black Widow? It is still waiting to be fixed. But I will get to that soon... Cheers, Robert
Very nice !
Thanks T, this baby really deserved to be flown here in a quarry... Greetings from Slovenia, Robert
these guys stink... cause they are the shit🤪🤪 super cool video's fellas keep em goin strong, and thank you for the great entertainment👌😁
GEEEET TO THE GRAN TUNDRA!!!! DO EEET NAAOOOOWWWW!
Oh yeah Jon...
Nice flight! The quarry walls makes it look like a real bush plane in the mountains and canyons. :-)
Have you considered using a 5S battery?
Ah, OK.
I use a Sony A-6000 (4k) with a 400mm lens most of the time and the Nikon P900 when I need really long zoom. :-)
Thank you!!

Like you said Z ;)
I'm a fan of 6s on this plane. 4s doesn't have the punch I like.
Like you said Matthew. This was just the test to see and I must say that I like 6S more. Its the same as with Cessna 150. You can fly the baby on 4S but why ;) 6S is just more fun. Oh yeah... Cheers my friend, Robert
What did the ducks think of this flying?
Lets get that baby on floats. And do the best zooming in your life. Take the ducks with you too.
Oh yeah Russ. As soon as it will available. And we will just find some swans on the river ;) Cheers, Robert
