Dear Kev, I’m really grateful for your videos, they help me a lot when I have a tough time.
I’m also very grateful for the audiobooks that I’m listening to. I have a hard time focusing long enough to read a book but I love listening to audiobooks. They take me to other worlds and comfort me, almost feel like old friends to me 😊
It’s interesting because every time you have a bad day and show it here I’m not worried because just like you say you have the experience to get through these hard days. You have this incredible strength, different coping skills and a safety net of friends. I’m just in awe of you and so inspired. And I also know from experience that it sucks sometimes to having to find that strength and resilience times and times again. But I think in the end of the day it is worth it for all those good moments and all those things we are grateful for ❤️

I’m grateful to have running water, easy access to clean drinking water, and to have hot water with the twist of a faucet. I’m grateful for you and your channel as well as the double dose of Daily Grateful this week. Lastly I’m grateful to have the physical ability to exercise :)

Thanks for your videos, I experienced 3 or 4 major episodes in my life of panic attacks, its bordering on psychosis. It has to do with childhood trauma, i had cancer when i was 6, and during stressfull times i sometimes get warped back into that time in the hospital with the feeling of abandonment and hopelessness. Now because of a stressful time and a change in my medications i keep having crazy thoughts of being posesssed or becoming ill basicly hypochondriac symptoms to the extreme. I feel like im letting my family and children down not being myself anymore and saying al kinds of panicky thoughts. tomorrow ill go to rhe doctor. Thank you for reading my comment. I'm grateful for some friendly words and two people said to me today. They sounded kind and welcoming, and not as demanding as my own thoughts towards myself sometimes.
Also grateful for the fresh air and sunset.
