    Ingredients you’ll need:
    PEANUT PROTEIN BREAD:
    - 4 Egg Whites
    - 10g (1 Tbs) Corn Starch
    - 24g (2 Tbs) Erythritol/Sugar Replacement Sweetener
    - 6g (1 Tbs) Powdered Peanut Butter
    - 5g (1 tsp) Psyllium Husk Powder
    - Pinch of Salt
    PEANUT BUTTER:
    - 18g (3 Tbs) Powdered Peanut Butter
    - 30g (2 Tbs) Greek Yogurt
    - 15g (1 Tbs) SF Maple Syrup
    - Pinch of Salt
    - Splash of Almond Milk/Water until desired consistency
    JAM:
    - 140g (1 Cup) Strawberries
    - 1g (1/4 tsp) Psyllium Husk Powder
    - Sweetener (I used 8g (2 tsp) of erythritol)
    - 17g (1 Tbs) Raspberry Jam

    I’m too lazy to try this myself right now but i LOVE that a number of your recipes use psyllium husk (and other ingredients that i already have)! Now i have other ways to consume psyllium husk apart from just chugging it. The pancakes are such an easy go-to breakfast. THANK YOU

    Dang it! You figured out my strawberry jam hack. Only I did so because I couldn’t get sugar free strawberry jam. It really does work well. I also make sure my pb2 is sugar free, but for that reason, I mix mine with sugar free maple syrup.

      You can make jam with gelatine (loads of videos on how to do) it’s lower in calories and is more like “Jam”.

      Once you make it the first time, you can make it faster the next time because you know what you're doing. I don't think it's that time-consuming cuz I know it's healthier for me.

    Do you think I could use either guar gum or xantham gum instead of psyllium husk? Or would nothing just be better than trying to replace it? Either way, great video and can’t wait to try this today!

      @@RahulKamat Tried a little Xantham Gum (1 gram exactly) and it worked great. If anything, I would do one gram or less. Thanks for this recipe, it’s one of the ones you see on TH-cam that you know is going to become a staple in your routine after trying it.

    New subscriber here. Thank you for sharing this! I've never used psyllium for jam, so much better than the chia recipe I'd been using!
    I use defatted peanut flour (basically the same thing) and peanut spread comes out just like yours. I also use flavor drops to sweeten instead of sf syrup, will have to try that too.

      Thanks for watching! Chia is pretty high cal and psyllium does a very similar job in jams, but for a fraction of the calories

      @@RahulKamat I always used chia sparingly but now I can avoid it altogether! I can't believe I never even thought of using psyllium. So many wasted calories and fat!
      I noticed that you mainly rely on erythritol, have you tried allulose yet? It doesn't have as many crystallization issues though it can be a bit pricey.

    And do you have any ideas for calorie free sauces to put chicken ( meat in general) in before Cooking? Don't know the English word for that type of sauce. But you let the meat lie in there a couple of hours before frying^^

      you don't need a ninja for the ice cream. I used a food processor the other day and it did the job very well. However I did order a ninja on Amazon so if I remember to I'll tell you the difference lol.

    If two tbsps of PB fit is 16 grams, wouldn't three tbsps be 24 grams? Not 18 grams?

      @@tylerdinetz8729 there's pbfit with sugar in it and there's pbfit with just peanuts as the ingredients making it lower calorie

      @@Brian_Gonzales i was referring to the serving size; not the calorie count. Every PBfit powder variety has a serving size of two tablespoons equaling 16 grams
