Learn how to make African puff-puff, easy and delicious.
This is a common snack in Africa, especially in Nigeria, that can be made at home using six simple ingredients. it is simply deep-fried dough.
This recipe includes :
2 cups of all-purpose flour
1/4 cup of sugar
3 tablespoons of powdered milk.
instant yeast
salt
vanilla
water
Puff-puff does not need to be rolled in sugar like in doughnuts, made with many flavorings, or filled with other condiments such as butter or chocolate. it also does not need to be made in complex ways else it would loose it's essence as "puff-puff" and become some other kind of pastry.
