    Ingredients
    4 cups of all-purpose flour
    150 grams of margarine
    1/2 tablespoon of baking powder
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup of sugar ( not compulsory )
    70 grams of condensed milk, 5 full tablespoons ( compulsory for this recipe)
    vanilla extract
    water ( as little as possible)
    Method
    Put the flour into a clean dry bowl
    Add baking powder
    Add butter ( margarine) and mix till it looks like bread crumbs
    Add sugar and mix
    Add eggs
    Add condensed milk
    Add vanilla flavor
    Mix until all the ingredients come together.
    Only add a little water if the mixture is hard.
    Mix until it forms a ball.
