i can confirm
i have the ps2 one and it runs smoothly and its also WAY better than the xbox 360 and ps3 ones in terms of gameplay, menu design, story organization and minigames
if course, the graphics are way simplistic, but the game is less confusing than the xbox and ps3 ones

What is crazier is that the ps2 version is different than the wii one, which is a downgrade from the ps3/ 360 versions, when the ps2 usually got a port of whatever the wii got

I found it kind of funny that the Wii version is exactly the same version as the PS3 and X360 but with reduced graphics, but the PS2 version is basically the PSP version.
I wonder if the PS2 would be able to run the Wii version.

The Wii version’s Woody’s Roundup mode is also severely shrunken, if I remember right there’s less toys at the Toy Barn, no bandits EVER, and some other misc stuff was just ripped right out of it, making it basically a “Toy Box Lite” if anything

Well,ps2 could run this game if the console was still profitable enough,in the early 2010's and even early the console was already hacked and every game release could be played for free if you got an hacked ps2.
Ps2 could handle games up to 8GB
i trink the wii version is 8gb or even less so considering the downgrades in gameplay and visuals.
They could make this game playable by simply making stage geometry simpler with less details but using old techniques to make it look more detailed.
Basically the game would look bad but still the same as the other versions.

That DS Version is embarrassing when you know they were lazy. case in point Metroid Prime pushed the DS Hardware so you know damn well they could of cleaned it up.
